대학생활 적응에 관한 인식 연구

국문 초록

대학 신입생의 첫 해 경험은 대학생활의 성공을 결정짓는 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 연구자들은 대학의 교육 방법, 프로그램, 제도 등 다양한 분야에서 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학 신입생들의 대학생활적응도를 통해 대학생활에 대한 인식정도를 파악하여 성공적인 대학생활 적응을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발에 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 대학 신입생을 대상으로 대학 생활의 적응을 위한 학업 효능감, 대인관계, 전공-진로 부합도, 전공의 취업전망도, 사회체험, 대학만족도의 6가지 요인을 바탕으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문 결과는 성별, 입학유형에 따른 차이, 설문 시기별 차이를 검증하기 위해 독립표본 t 검증을 통해 실증분석을 수행했다. 분석결과 성별에 따른 대인관계, 사회체험, 대학만족도의 유의미한 차이가 검증되었다. 입학 유형에 따른 차이 검증 결과 6개 모든 요인에서 유의미한 차이가 검증되었다. 또한 학기 초와 학기 말의 시기에 따른 차이에서는 학업 효능감이 상승되었으며, 전공 진로 부합도에서는 하락하였다. 종합적으로, 성별, 입학 유형에 따른 차이를 검증하였으며, 이를 통하여 대학 신입생의 대학생활 적응을 위한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The first year experience of a college freshman is recognized as an important factor for the successful university life. Accordingly, many researchers conducting research in various fields, such as methods, programs, systems of education for freshman. The purpose of this study is to search and suggest development strategy of educational program for adaptation and design to successful university freshmen. For achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a survey to college freshman, and survey consist of academic efficacy, interpersonal relationships, major-career fitness, job prospects of major, social experience, university satisfaction. The result of the survey using for independent sample t-test to identify difference between individual characteristics such as gender, admission types, and timing of survey. As a result of the analysis, it was proved that there was a significant difference in interpersonal relationship, social experience, and university satisfaction by gender. the admission type has significant difference in all six factors. In addition, the difference between the beginning of the semester and the end of the semester showed the increase of academic efficacy and the decline in the major-career fitness. Overall, we verified significant difference in gender, admission type, timing of survey, and the suggested implication for adjustment of university freshman.
