일부 산업장 근로자의 구강보건관심에 따른 구강보건인식 및 실천

국문 초록

본 연구는 산업장 근로자들의 구강보건에 대한 인식과 실천정도와 관련요인을 파악하여 근로자들의 구강건강관리 및 유지 증진을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 울산광역시에 소재하는 산업장 근로자 297명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 for Windows를 이용하였으며 유의성 판정을 위한 유의수준은 0.05로 고려하였다. 근로자의 구강건강관심에 따른 구강보건인식과 실천에서 구강건강관심이 ‘보통’에서 구강보건인식이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 구강건강관심이 ‘적음’에서 구강보건인식은 가장 낮게 나타났다(p<0.001). 근로자들의 일반적 특성에 따른 구강보건실천에서 연령, 교육수준, 결혼여부, 근무형태와 구강보건실천과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과로 근로자들의 구강보건에 대한 중요성을 향상시켜, 올바른 구강보건행동을 실천을 유도하기 위해서는 산업장에서 체계적이고 지속적인 구강보건교육 프로그램이 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the perceived and practiced degree of workers oral health and related factors. In order to provide basic data for the management and promotion of oral health of workers, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 297 workers in industry in Ulsan Metropolitan City. All analyzes were performed using SPSS 21.0 for Windows, and a significance level of 0.05 was considered. As a result of investigating oral health awareness and practice according to workers interest in oral health, Oral health awareness was the highest in normal . Oral health awareness was the lowest in less (p<0.001). As a result of investigating oral health practices according to the general characteristics of workers, There was statistically significant difference between age, education level, marital status, working style and oral health practice(p<0.05). As a result, it is thought that systematic oral health education should be carried out in the industry to raise awareness of oral health of workers and to promote proper oral health behavior.
