국문 초록

본 연구는 개인요인과 환경요인이 한국에서 취업하고 있는 조선족 이주노동자 자녀의 자아정체감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 개인요인으로 자아탄력성과 학교적응수준을, 환경요인으로 부모애착, 가정경제수준, 교사애착, 친구애착, 공동체의식과 지역사회인식을 살펴보았다. 연구문제는 첫째, 한국에 취업한 조선족 이주노동자 자녀의 자아정체감에 영향을 미치는 개인요인은 무엇인가? 둘째, 한국에 취업한 조선족 이주노동자 자녀의 자아정체감에 영향을 미치는 환경요인은 무엇인가? 이다. 이를 위해 연변지역의 중, 고등학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 24.0의 다중회귀분석을 통해 총 321명의 자료가 분석되었다. 연구결과, 한국 조선족 이주노동자 자녀의 자아정체감에 영향을 미치는 개인요인으로 학교적응과 자아탄력성, 환경요인으로 부모애착, 교사애착, 공동체의식과 지역사회인식이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서는 이러한 연구결과를 통해 조선족 청소년의 진로정체감을 높이기 위한 실천적 대안들을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The study analysed individual and environmental factors influencing the Self-identity of Chinese-resident Children of South Korean-resident Chinese Migrant Workers. The first inquiry was which individual factors had an effect on the self-identity of Chinese-resident Children of South Korean-resident Chinese Migrant Workers. The second inquiry was which environmental factors had an effect on the self-identity of these children. For this, the study used data collected in a survey of 321 middle school students in China, and the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0. The results were as follows: the individual factors of school adjustment and self-resilience, and the environmental factors of parent-attachment, teacher-attachment, community spirit, and community perception all had significant effects on the Self-identity of these children. In the conclusion, the researchers suggest practical strategies based on results of the study to improve the Self-identity of these children.
