국문 초록

본 연구는 젠더관점에서 평생학습을 토대로 안드라고지(Andragogy) 함의를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 젠더 관점에서 여성의 평생학습을 고찰하고, 안드라고지(Andragogy)의미 구성과 현실적 맥락을 탐색해 보고자 한다. 젠더관점의 안드라고지(Andragogy)는 모든 인간에게 배움이 필요하며 사회의 전 구성원들의 학습을 강조함으로 오늘날 평생학습의 지향점과 같다고 할 수 있다. 또한 젠더관점 평생학습의 안드라고지의 의미를 재해석함으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 젠더관점의 평생학습은 배움을 통해 진정한 자기 해방인 자유를 획득해 나간다. 둘째, 젠더관점의 평생학습은 여성과 남성의 차이를 인정하고, 서로의 관계 맺기를 통해 화합을 도모하게 된다. 공존의 삶을 지향하는 안드라고지는 평생학습계에 매우 의미가 있다. 셋째, 젠더 허물기를 통해 나에서 우리로 존재의 인식론이 확대된다. 현실적, 사회적, 문화적 소수자로 또는 성적소수자로 살아가는 현실의 사회, 문화, 역사, 지역적 관계 속에서 소통하고 말하고 행동하는 정체성을 확립하는 것으로 안드라고지의 평생학습 개념의 확장을 요구한다. 마지막으로 새로운 변화의 물결과 더불어 자유와 정의, 해방적 지식의 긍정적인 가치로 다시 살려 내고자 하는 이들에게 안드라고지(Andragogy)는 지금껏 살아온 삶의 성역할을 옥죄던 굴레를 푸는 하나의 열쇠가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the implications of Andragogy based on lifelong learning from a gender perspective. In terms of Andragogy based on a gender perspective, all human beings need to learn and it gives emphasizes of erudition to all members of society, so it can be said that it is the same as the aim of lifelong learning today. In addition, The following implications were derived by reinterpreting the meaning of Andragogy in lifelong learning from a gender perspective. First, lifelong learning from a gender perspective acquires freedom as a true self – liberation through learning. Second, gender – based lifelong learning recognizes the difference between women and men and promotes harmony through mutual relationship. Andragogy. who is aiming for coexistence, is very meaningful to life-long learning. Third, the epistemology of existence is expanded from me through us through gender erosion. It calls for the extension of the concept of lifelong learning in Andragogy by establishing communicative, speaking and acting identities in the social, cultural, historical, and local contexts of realistic, social, cultural minorities or sexual minorities. Finally, for those who want to revive with the new wave of change and the positive value of liberty and freedom of justice, Andragogy will be the key to unblocking the sex role of life that has ever lived.
