시뮬레이션 기반 교육이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고 성향, 문제해결능력과 간호과정 자신감에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 시뮬레이션 기반교육이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고 성향, 문제해결능력과 간호과정 자신감에 미치는 효과의 정도를 파악하고자 함이다. K시에 있는 일개 대학 간호학과의 성인간호학 실습 3학기를 이수한 82명을 대상으로 하였고, 통계분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0 program으로 분석하였다. 비판적 사고, 문제해결능력, 간호과정 자신감에 관한 교육 전 후의 변화는 t-test를 이용하여 분석하였으며, 향후 시뮬레이션 교육을 적용하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 분석결과, 간호대학생의 비판적사고 점수가 교육 전 88.97±13.42, 교육 후 99.51±12.35으로, 문제해결능력 점수가 교육 전 80.15±12.37, 교육 후 96.25±15.30으로 나타났다. 그리고 간호과정 자신감 점수는 교육 전 34.35±5.52, 교육 후 42.78±5.51로 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(t=-9.547, p<.001). 시뮬레이션 교육은 간호대학생에게 매우 효과적인 교육방법이다. 따라서, 향후 시뮬레이션 교육을 더욱 활성화 하고 적용하기 위한 주기적인 연구가 필요하다. 그리고 다양한 임상상황 시나리오와 관련된 소프트웨어를 개발하고 조작할 수 있는 전문가를 양성할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 및 확대가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of simulation-based education on the critical thinking disposition, problem solving skills and nursing process confidence of college nursing students. The subjects of this study were 82 students who completed the third semester of adult nursing practice in K university. And Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Critical thinking, problem solving skills, and nursing process confidence were analyzed using t-test. This study was conducted to provide basic data for applying simulation-based education in the future. As a result, the critical thinking score of nursing students was 88.97 ± 13.42 before education, 99.51 ± 12.35 after education, and the problem solving skills score was 80.15 ± 12.37 before education and 96.25 ± 15.30 after education. And It was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the evaluation of nursing process confidence at 34.35 ± 5.52 before education and 42.78 ± 5.51 after education (t =-9.547, p <.001). Simulation-based education is a very effective teaching method for college nursing students, Therefore, it is considered that periodic research is needed to further activate and apply simulation education in the future. And develop software related to scenarios that can reproduce various clinical situations. It is also necessary to develop and expand programs that can train professionals capable of manipulating them.
