국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 진로동기와 진로역량의 관계에서 계획된 우연기술의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도의 S 대학생 416명을 대상으로 진로동기, 진로역량, 계획된 우연기술에 대한 측정도구를 활용해 설문조사를 실시하고, 빈도분석, t-검정, 일원배치 분산분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중선형회귀분석 등을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 학년, 전공, 진로상담경험 유무 등 개인적 특성요인에 따라 진로동기와 계획된 우연기술, 진로역량의 하위 변인들에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로동기와 진로역량과 계획된 우연기술 간의 정적 상관관계가 확인되었다. 셋째, 진로동기는 진로역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로동기와 진로역량 간의 관계에서 계획된 우연기술의 부분매개효과가 있음이 검증되었다. 즉, 본 연구는 대학생의 진로동기와 계획된 우연기술이 진로역량을 높이는 예측변인임을 확인하였고, 대학생들의 진로역량을 위한 진로동기와 우연기술을 높이는 프로그램과 상담의 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of the planned happenstance skills in the relationship between the career motivation and the career competencies of university students. For this purpose, on the subjects of 416 students from S university located in Gyeonggi-do, through measuring tools for career motivation, planned happenstance skills, career competencies, this study conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one‐way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis, etc. The results of the study are as follows. First, there were significant differences in career motivation, planned happenstance skills, and career competencies according to individual characteristics such as grade, major, and career counseling experience of university students. Second, from the results of analyzing correlation between career motivation, planned happenstance skills, career competencies, it was found that there was a statistically positive correlation in all variables. Third, students career motivation had significant effects on career competencies. Fourth, the planned happenstance skills proved to have a partial mediating effect in relation to career motivation and career competencies. In other words, this study is that university students career motivation and planned happenstance skills were predictors that would enhance their career competencies, and suggested the need for programs and career counseling that would enhance university student s career motivation and their planned happenstance skills.
