성격발달수준, 셀프리더십, 진로준비행동 간의 상관관계: 간호대학생을 중심으로

국문 초록

진로준비행동은 대학생들에게 있어서 대학생활 동안의 학업을 계속하고 진로를 결정한 과정에 많은 영향을 줄 수 있다. 대학생들은 진로준비행동에 대한 성취 과정을 통해 자신을 통제할 수 있게 되면서 스스로 성취목적에 도달하게 된다. 본 연구는 간호학과 대학생의 성격발달수준, 셀프리더십, 진로준비행동의 수준을 파악하고 각 변수 간의 관계를 파악하여 체계적, 개인적 성향을 고려한 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법은 양적조사연구로써, 3개 대학에 재학중인 227명의 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 일반적 특성, 성격유형, 셀프리더십, 진로준비행동에 대해 설문지를 통해 자가보고하도록 한 탐색적 조사연구이다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 성격유형은 장형, 내외부형, 순응형, 긍정형이 많았고, 성격발달수준은 4.96이었다. 셀프리더십, 진로준비행동간에는 양적 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 개인적 성격발달수준과 셀프리더십을 고려한 체계적인 진로준비 교육 프로그램 개발을 제공해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Career preparation behaviors can have a significant impact for college students process of continuing their college life and determining their career path. College students are able to control themselves through the process of career preparation behaviors and accomplish their goal themselves. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of educational program considering systematic and individual tendency by understanding the level of personality development, self-leadership, and career preparation behavior of nursing students and college students. The research method is a quantitative research study, which is an exploratory research study of 227 nursing students attending three universities and self - reported through questionnaires on general characteristics, personality type, self-leadership, and career preparation behavior. The results of this study are the personality type of the subjects was the center of stomach, inner and outer type, conformable type, positive type and personality development level was 4.96. Self-leadership, career preparation behaviors showed a correlation with each other. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to provide systematic career preparation education program considering nursing students personal personality development level and self - leadership.
