고등학생의 COVID-19 백신접종의향과 관련 불안이 COVID-19 예방행위 수행도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 고등학생을 대상으로 신종 감염병인 COVID-19 예방행위 수행도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시도되었다. 방법 이를 위하여 D광역시 소재 고등학생 395명을 대상으로 COVID-19 예방행위 수행도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 구조화된 설문지를 통해 서술적 조사연구를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 결과 COVID-19 백신접종의향의 평균점수는 3.68±.81점, COVID-19 관련 불안의 평균점수는 4.13±.56점, COVID-19 예방행위 수행도 평균점수는 3.83±.57점이었다. 또한 COVID-19 백신접종의향과 COVID-19 관련 불안이 COVID-19 예방행위 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었으며, 총 설명력은 29%이었다. 결론 본 연구는 백신접종의향과 불안에 따라 감염병 예방행위 수행도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 결과를 제시하였다. 이에 정부 및 보건당국은 향후 신종 감염병 발생으로 인한 확산을 방지하기 위하여 예방백신에 대한 신뢰를 높이고 불안을 완화하기 위한 전략의 적극적인 실천의 중요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the performance of COVID-19 prevention performance in high school students. Methods A descriptive research study was conducted on 395 high school students located in D city to confirm the effect on the performance of COVID-19 prevention performance. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results The average score of COVID-19 vaccination intention was 3.68±.81 points, the average score of COVID-19-related anxiety was 4.13±.56 points, and the average score of COVID-19 prevention behavior performance was 3.83±.57. In addition, COVID-19 vaccination intention and COVID-19-related anxiety were identified as factors affecting COVID-19 prevention behavior performance, and the total explanatory power was 29%. Conclusions This study presented results that significantly affected the performance of infectious disease prevention actions according to vaccination intention and anxiety. Accordingly, the government and health authorities suggest the importance of actively implementing strategies to increase trust in preventive vaccines and alleviate anxiety in order to prevent the spread of new infectious diseases in the future.
