국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대안학교 아동의 지역사회 연계 환경 프로그램 효과성을 환경행동, 환경친화적 행동, 환경문제 감수성 및 인식을 중심으로 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법 연구대상은 서울 소재지 A대안학교에 재학중인 19명이다. SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 연구변인인 환경행동, 환경친화적 행동, 환경문제 감수성 및 인식의 사전⋅사후 평균점수의 경향성(M, SD)과 정규성(Kolmogorov-Smirnova, Shapiro-Wilk)을 검증하였다. 정규성이 만족되지 않아 비모수 통계 방법 중 사전⋅사후 짝지어진 표본 간의 차이를 분석하는 Wilcoxon 검증으로 효과성을 분석하였다. 결과 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구변인의 경향성은 사전 평균점수(a), 사후 평균점수(b)로 구분하여 차이(b-a)를 분석한 결과, 모든 연구변인들에서 사전 평균점수에 비해 사후 평균점수가 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구변인의 사전⋅사후 평균점수의 정규성이 만족되지 않아 비모수 통계 방법으로 차이를 검증하였다. 셋째, 모든 연구변인에서 사전 평균점수에 비해 사후 평균점수가 높았고, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과는 대안학교에서 운영하는 지역사회 연계 프로그램을 확대할 것을 시사하는 것으로 지속적인 모니터링을 통해 개선점을 파악하고 적용함으로써 최적화된 프로그램을 지원해 주어야 할 것이다. 지역사회 협력 강화를 통한 체험중심의 프로젝트 활동을 위한 방안을 중점으로 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of community-based environmental programs for alternative school children, focusing on environmental behavior, pro-environmental behavior, environmental sensitivity and awareness. Methods The subjects of the study are 19 students from Alternative School A in Seoul. The trends (M, SD) and normality (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilk) of the pre-post mean scores for the research variables, namely environmental behavior, pro-environmental behavior, environmental sensitivity and awareness, were verified using SPSS 23.0. Since normality was not met, the Wilcoxon test, a non-parametric statistical method that analyzes differences between paired pre- and post-samples, was used to verify effectiveness. Results The main results are as follows: First, the trend of research variables was analyzed by differentiating between pre-mean scores (a) and post-mean scores (b), and examining the difference (b-a). The results showed improvement in post-mean scores compared to pre-mean scores for all research variables. Second, the normality of the pre- and post-test mean scores of the study variables was not satisfied, so nonparametric statistical methods were used to test for differences. Third, all study variables showed higher post-test mean scores than pre-test mean scores, and the results were statistically significant. Conclusions The findings of this study suggest that community engagement programs operated by alternative schools should be expanded to support optimized programs by identifying and implementing improvements through continuous monitoring. The proposal focuses on measures for experiential project activities through strengthened collaboration with the local community.
