국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 30세 이상 성인 당뇨병 유병자의 치료와 조절에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 국민건강영양조사 2013-2021년까지의 자료를 활용하여 30세 이상의 당뇨병 유병자 6,925명을 선정하여 당뇨병 치료와 조절에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 통계는 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 복합표본분석의 빈도분석, 교차분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 당뇨병 치료에는 교육수준, 흡연, 음주, 주관적 건강 상태, 건강보험의 종류, 심장질환 여부, 건강검진 여부, 모계 가족력이 영향을 미쳤으며 조절에는 주관적 건강 상태와 BMI가 영향을 주었다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 당뇨병의 치료와 조절에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 향후 당뇨병 치료율과 조절율을 높이는 정책 및 중재 프로그램을 수립하는데 기초로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, the factors influencing the treatment and control od diabetes in adults over 30 years od age were analyzed. Methods Using data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2013-2021, 6,925 people over the age od 30 eith diabetes were selected and analyzed for their influence on diabetes treatment and control. statistics were performed using SPSS 24.0 for frequency analysis and logistic regression. Results Education level, smoking, alcohol consumption, subjective health status, type of health insurance, heart disease, health checkup, and maternal family history influenced diabetes treatment, and subjective health status and BMI influenced control. Conclusions Based on the results od this study, it can be used a basis for indentifying factors influencing the treatment and control of diabetes and establishing policies and intervention program to increase the rate of diabetes treatment and control in the future.
