고등학생의 인지정서조절전략이 또래괴롭힘 피해에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 고등학생의 인지정서조절전략이 또래괴롭힘 피해에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 서울, 전라북도, 제주도에 소재한 고등학생 417명을 선정하였다. 자료분석은 Window spss 21.0을 이용하여 신뢰도 분석 및 기술통계를 실시하였고 매개효과를 분석하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny가 제안한 3단계 분석 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과는 첫째, 고등학생의 인지정서조절전략은 또래괴롭힘 피해와 유의한 부적 상관관계가 나타났으며 사회적 지지와 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 또한 또래괴롭힘 피해는 사회적 지지와 관계에서 유의한 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 인지정서조절전략이 또래괴롭힘 피해에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지가 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 통해 또래괴롭힘 피해를 호소하는 고등학생인 경우, 인지정서조절전략을 활용하도록 도움을 제공하고 사회적 지지를 통해 또래괴롭힘 피해를 줄이는 방안을 마련할 수 있음을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is designed to verify the mediating effect of social support in the circumstances that cognitive emotion regulation strategy of high school students influences victimization of peer bullying. Methods The subjects for this study were a total of 471 high schoolers residing in Seoul, Jeollabuk-do province and Jeju-do province. Windows SPSS 21.0 was applied for the data analysis such as reliablity anaysis and descrptive statistics. In order to anayze the mediating effect, Baron and Kenny method was adopted as analysis strategy for testing mediation hypotheses through three regressions. Results Firstly, cognitive emotion regulation strategy of high school students showed negative correlation with victimization of peer bullying while showing positive correation with social support. In addition, victimization of peer bullying displayed negative correation with social support. Secondly, it was proved that social support functioned as full mediator in the circumstaces that cognitive emotion regulation strategy affects victimization of peer bullying. Conclusions Through the research results we could propose a measure for high schoolers who plead they are victim of peer bullying: to help them utilize cognitive emotion regulation strategy and arrange a counter-measure to reduce peer bullying through enhancing social support.
