국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 J 대학교의 대학생들에게 필요한 노동인권 심화 교육의 설계 및 개선방안을 마련하기 위해, 대학생들이 인식하는 노동인권 심화 교육 수요를 탐색 및 유형화하고 다양한 주관적 인식을 유형별 특징에 따라 심층적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구는 대학생들의 주관적 자아를 과학적으로 측정할 수 있는 Q 방법론을 사용하여 J 대학교 대학생 20명이 인식하는 교육수요를 3가지 유형으로 구분하였고, 유형별 주요 Q 진술문의 표준점수와 다른 유형과의 표준점수 차이를 통해 각 유형이 지닌 특징을 구체적으로 분석하였다. 결과 QUANL 프로그램의 요인분석으로 ‘자신의 노동인권 침해를 보호하고 싶은 학습자’, ‘올바른 노동인권 감수성을 갖추고 싶은 학습자’, ‘노동과 노동운동의 가치를 이해하고 싶은 학습자’ 집단을 구분하였고, 이들을 비교적 관점에서 분석하여 대학생들의 노동인권 교육 수요에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 확인하였다. 결론 분석 결과를 기반으로 향후 J 대학교의 교육 수요자인 대학생들에게 필요한 노동인권 심화 교육의 방향성을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 분석과정과 결과는 미래의 다양한 대학에서 설계할 노동인권 기초 및 심화 교육의 기반이 될 의미 있는 기초자료가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to investigate and categorize the perceived demand for advanced labor rights education among undergraduate students at J University, with the purpose of designing and improving tailored educational approaches based on diverse subjective perceptions and preferences. Methods This study utilized the Q methodology to categorize the perceived educational demand of 20 undergraduate students at J University into three types. Through the standard scores of key Q statements specific to each type and the differences in standard scores compared to other types, the characteristics of each type were analyzed in detail. Results Through factor analysis using the QUANL program, three learner groups were distinguished: those aspiring to protect their own labor rights, those aiming to cultivate a proper sensitivity to labor rights, and those desiring to comprehend the values of labor and labor movements. By conducting a comparative analysis of these groups, differences in the demand for labor rights education among university students were identified. Conclusions Based on the analysis results, this study has proposed the direction for advanced labor rights education needed by university students at J University. The analytical process and outcomes of this research are expected to serve as a significant foundation for designing fundamental and advanced labor rights education in diverse universities in the future.
