간호대학생의 가족건강성과 인성의 관계에서 사회정서역량과 의사소통능력의 병렬다중매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 가족건강성과 인성의 관계에서 사회정서역량과 의사소통능력의 병렬다중매개효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 연구의 대상자는 G 시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호대학생 157명으로 2023년 6월 1일부터 2023년 6월 15일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 매개효과 분석은 PROCESS Macro의 병렬매개모형분석과 Bootstrap를 활용하였다. 결과 연구대상자의 인성은 가족건강성 (r=.41, p<.001), 사회정서역량 (r=.454, p<.001), 의사소통능력 (r=.49, p<.001)과는 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 병렬다중매개효과 검증 결과 가족건강성과 인성의 관계에서 사회정서역량과 의사소통능력의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 즉 간호대학생의 가족건강성에서 인성으로 가는 직접경로와 사회정서역량과 의사소통능력을 매개로 하여 인성으로 가는 간접경로가 모두 유의하였다. 결론 간호대학생의 인성 수준의 향상시키고 가족건강성과 사회정서역량, 의사소통능력을 강화하기 위해 간호교육현장에서 교과⋅비교과 프로그램의 개발과 더불어 가정 및 학교, 사회의 지속적인 연계 관리가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This descriptive study investigates the mediating effects of social-emotional and communication competence on the relationship between the proactivity of family health and the personality of nursing students. Methods Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 157 nursing students from two universities in G city, from June 1 to June 15, 2023. The SPSS/23.0 program was used to analyze the data with descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and mediation effect analysis were performed using PROCESS Macro’s parallel mediation model analysis and Bootstrap. Results The research subject’s personality was assessed by Family health (r=.41, p<.001), Social-emotional competency (r=.45, p<.001), and Communication ability (r=.49, p<.001) and seemen to have a positive correlation. As a result of testing the parallel multiple mediation effect, the partial mediating effect of social-emotional competency and communication ability was confirmed in the relationship between family health and personality. In other words, the direct path from nursing students’ family health to personality and the indirect path to personality through social-emotional competency and communication ability were significant. Conclusions To improve the character level of nursing students and strengthen their family health, social-emotional competencies, and communication skills, it is necessary to develop curricular and non-curricular programs in nursing education and continuous between home, school, and society.
