국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학 교육의 질 제고를 위해 교수자의 교수역량 및 구성요인을 도출하고 이를 측정하는 도구를 개발하여 타당화하는 것에 목적이 있다. 방법 첫째, 선행연구 분석을 통해 도출된 교수역량군과 역량에 대해 델파이 조사를 진행하여 교수역량과 행동지표를 포함한 잠정적 교수역량모델을 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출된 교수역량 및 구성요소를 진단하는 예비문항을 도출하고 안면타당도를 실시하였다. 셋째, 안면타당도를 통해 수정·보완된 문항의 적합도를 확인하고자 내용타당도 분석을 하였다. 넷째, 내용타당도 분석 후 도출된 문항으로 교원을 대상으로 예비조사 후 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하였다, 다섯째, 예비조사 분석 결과 도출된 문항으로 전체 교원을 대상으로 본조사 후 탐색적·확인적 요인분석을 하고 최종 문항을 결정하였다. 결과 3개의 역량군, 9개의 역량, 29개의 하위역량으로 구성되어 있으며, 총 문항은 77개인 F 대학의 교수역량진단도구를 개발하고 타당화하였다. 결론 본 연구는 교수역량 강화의 중요성 인식 및 공감대 필요, 교수들의 교수역량 강화를 위한 자기진단과 자기개발 도구로서의 활용, 진단도구 활용을 통한 교수역량지원 활성화 정책의 필요성 등을 제언하였다. 본 연구는 타 대학의 교수역량진단도구 개발을 위한 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to derive the teaching competencies and components of instructors and develop and validate a tool to measure them in order to improve the quality of university education. Methods First, a Delphi survey was conducted on the teaching competency groups and competencies derived through analysis of previous research, and a provisional teaching competency model including teaching com-petency and behavioral indicators was derived. Second, preliminary questions to diagnose the derived teaching competencies and components were derived and face validity was conducted. Third, content validity was analyzed to confirm the suitability of the revised and supplemented questions through face validity. Fourth, validity and reli-ability were verified after a preliminary survey using questions derived after content validity analysis. Fifth, a main survey was conducted on all professors using the questions derived from the preliminary survey analysis. Afterwards, the final questions were decided after exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Results A teaching competency diagnosis tool for F University was developed and validated. The diagnostic tool consists of 3 competency groups, 9 competencies, and 29 sub-competencies, with a total of 77 questions. Conclusions This study suggested the need for recognition and consensus on the importance of strengthening teaching capabilities, the use of self-diagnosis and self-development tools to strengthen professors' teaching ca-pabilities, and the need for policies to revitalize teaching capabilities through the use of diagnostic tools. This study is significant in that it can be used as basic data for the development of teaching competency diagnosis tools at other universities.
