아동학대신고의무자교육에 대한 질적 사례연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 보육교사들이 매년 들어여야 하는 의무교육 중 하나인 아동학대신고의무자교육에 대한 교사들의 생각을 바탕으로 문제점과 개선방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 2022년 부산시청 출산보육과의 주최로 5월부터 11월까지 실시된 어린이집 보육교사 맞춤형 아동학대 예방교육에 참여한 부산시 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 중 경력, 어린이집 유형, 성별을 고려하여 16명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 결과 자료 분석 결과 첫째, 아동학대신고의무교육을 듣었던 방법은 온라인으로 듣었던 교사와 온라인, 대면수업을 병행한 교사로 나뉘었다. 하지만 대부분의 교사들은 듣기 편안한 온라인 수업을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기존에 들었던 아동학대신고의무교육은 대부분 비슷한 교육내용으로 구성되어 있었으며, 교사들이 희망하는 교육방식은 질의 응답이 가능한 소집단의 대면수업으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과는 아동학대신고의무자교육에 대한 문제점을 점검해보고 아동학대의 예방을 위해 정책적으로나 교육적으로 개선되어야 할 사항에 대한 교사들의 생각을 바탕으로 정책적, 교육적 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to suggest problems and improvement directions based on teachers' thoughts on the education of child abuse reporting obligators, which is one of the compulsory education that child-care teachers should take every year. Methods In 2022, 16 childcare teachers working at daycare centers in Busan who participated in customized child abuse prevention education conducted from May to November by the Busan City Hall's Childbirth and Child Care Division were selected for the study. Results As a result of the data analysis, first, the method of listening to the child abuse reporting compulsory edu-cation was divided into the teacher who listened online and the teacher who attended both online and face-to-face classes, but most of the teachers preferred the online class which was comfortable to listen to.Second, most of the compulsory child abuse reporting education was composed of similar educational con-tents, and the educational method that teachers wanted was a small group face-to-face class that can answer questions. Conclusions The results of this study are significant in that they examined the problems of child abuse reporting obligor education and suggested policy and educational measures based on teachers' thoughts on matters that need to be improved politically and educationally to prevent child abuse.
