간호대학생의 Polychronicity 성향, 명예규율서약, 학업성취도가 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 셀프리더십 영향요인을 확인하고 간호교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 시도되었다. 방법 이를 위하여 충남 소재 간호대학생 108명을 대상으로 셀프리더십 관련 변인을 측정하기 위한 구조화된 설문지를 통해 온라인 비대면 조사를 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석에서 관련 변인으로 Polychronicity 성향, 명예규율서약, 학업성취도를 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계 t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients, Multiple Regression으로 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구에서는 명예규율서약과 학업성취도가 간호대학생의 셀프리더십에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관련 변인의 셀프리더십 설명력 R²은 0.14(수정된 R²= .12)로 측정되었다. 셀프리더십과 명예규율서약은 양의 상관관계, Polychronicity 성향과 학업성취도는 음의 상관관계가 나타났다. 대상자의 셀프리더십은 3.5점(4점), Polychronicity 성향은 2.2점(4점), 명예규율서약은 3.7점(4점), 학업성취도는 3.7점(4.5점)으로 나타났다. 결론 환자를 대하고 업무를 추진하는 모든 간호사 개개인이 그 조직을 대표할 수 있는 리더로서 셀프리더십을 지녀야 하므로, 예비간호사인 간호대학생에게 윤리적·도덕적 발달을 꾀하고 전문적 지식수준을 높일 수 있는 셀프리더십 함양 및 강화 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, an attempt was made to identify the influencing factors of self-leadership and prepare basic data for the development of nursing education programs. Methods An online survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire to measure variables related to self-leadership among 108 nursing students located in Chungcheongnam-do. Polychronicity tendency, honor code pledge, and GPA(grade point average) were selected as relevant variables in multiple regression analysis. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple re-gression using IBM SPSS 26.0 program. Results In this study, the honor code pledge and GPA(grade point average) were found to have a significant impact on the self-leadership of nursing students, and the explanatory power R² of the self-leadership of related variables was measured at 0.14 (adjusted R²=.12). There was a positive correlation between self-leadership and the honor code pledge, and a negative correlation between polychronicity tendency and GPA(grade point average). The sub-ject's self-leadership was 3.5 points (4 points), polychronicity tendency was 2.2 points (4 points), honor code pledge was 3.7 points (4 points), and GPA(grade point average) was 3.7 points (4.5 points). Conclusions Because every nurse who deals with patients and carries out work must have self-leadership as a leader who can represent the organization, there is a need to develop self-leadership nursing education that can promote ethical and moral development and increase the level of professional knowledge for nursing students who are prospective nurses.
