영아반 놀이중심 보육과정 운영실태와 교육 요구도

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 ｢제4차 어린이집 표준보육과정｣운영에 대한 영아반 교사의 운영실태, 교육 요구도를 파악하였다. 이를 통해 영아반의 놀이중심 보육과정 운영에 대한 효과적인 방안 및 교사교육의 방향을 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 방법 서울, 경기, 대전 지역 중심으로 재직 중인 영아반 교사 230명 대상으로 구글 폼과 서면 질문지를 활용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 230부가 회수되었으나 서면 질문지 중 불성실한 응답 8부를 제외하고, 총 222부를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 28.0 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도, 빈도와 백분율, 변인 간 차이를 알아보기 위한 t-test, One-way-ANOVA를 실시하였다. 결과 제4차 어린이집 표준보육과정의 운영실태는 응답자 95%가 실행하고 있었고, 놀이중심 보육과정을 실천하기 위한 어려움은 높은 교사 대 아동 비율, 교사의 개입과 지원 개념이 모호함으로 나타났다. 놀이중심 보육과정에 대한 교육은 필요하다고 인식하였으며, 비대면 교육을 선호하였다. 대면 교육 시 전문가를 초청하는 원내 자체연수를 희망하였고, 비대면 교육 시에는 녹화된 강의를 가장 선호하였다. 교육내용으로는 놀이와 배움을 지원하는 구체적이고 실제적인 놀이교수법, 운영을 위한 지원은 놀이매체 및 지원자료에 대한 요구가 있었다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 영아반 놀이중심 보육과정 운영을 위한 교사교육과 지원방안 및 개선점을 도출하고, 영아중심, 놀이중심 보육과정이 안착될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the operation status and educational needs of infant class teachers for the operation of the 4th standard childcare curriculum. Through this, it will be possible to provide basic data for preparing effective measures for the operation of play-oriented childcare curriculum for infant classes and the direction of teacher education. Methods Data were collected using Google Forms and written questionnaires from 230 infant class teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Daejeon. Although 230 questionnaires were collected, a total of 222 questionnaires were analyzed, excluding 8 of the written questionnaires that were insincerely answered. For data analysis, t-test and one-way-ANOVA were conducted to find out the difference between the new, frequency and percentage, and variables using the SPSS 28.0 program. Results The operation status of the 4th standard childcare curriculum was implemented by 95% of the respondents. The difficulty in practicing play-oriented childcare curriculum was due to the high ratio of teachers to children, and the ambiguous support and concept of teachers. Play-oriented childcare curriculum education was recognized as necessary, and online education was preferred. For offline education, they wanted to invite ex-perts, and for online education, recorded lectures were the most preferred. As for educational content, there was a specific and practical play teaching method that supports play and learning, and a demand for support was for play media and play materials. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it is meaningful to derive teacher education, support, and im-provements for the infant class play-oriented childcare curriculum, and it is expected that the infant-centered and play-oriented childcare curriculum can be established.
