국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 고등학생의 부모와의 상호작용과 또래애착의 관계에서 정신건강과 공동체의식의 매개효과가 유의한 지, 각 변인 간에 어떠한 영향 관계가 있는지를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 한국교육개발원에서 시행한 ‘한국교육종단연구 2013’ 7차 조사 자료를 활용하여, 고등학교 2학년에 재학 중인 유효표본 6,429명의 부모와의 상호작용, 정신건강, 공동체의식, 또래애착 변인에 대한 응답 결과를 수집하였다. 그리고 변인 간의 관계 및 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS Macro Process를 활용하여 Bootstrapping 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 고등학생의 또래애착에 대한 부모와의 상호작용, 정신건강, 공동체의식의 직접효과는 유의하였다. 부모와의 상호작용과 또래애착의 관계에서 정신건강과 공동체의식의 매개효과는 각각 유의하였다. 부모와의 상호작용과 또래애착의 관계에서 정신건강과 공동체의식의 다중매개효과 또한 유의하였다. 결론 부모와의 상호작용은 고등학생의 정신건강, 공동체 의식 강화의 과정을 거쳐 또래애착 형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 이는 고등학생의 또래애착을 형성시키기 위해 정신건강을 위한 상담과 공동체 의식 훈련이 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study analyzed whether the mediating effect of mental health and sense of community was sig-nificant in the relationship between parents-children interaction and peer attachment of mid. adolescents, and whether having the multiple mediating effects of parents-children interaction on peer attachment through mental health and sense of community. Methods For the purposes, 6,429 cases, taken from the 7th wave data(high school 2nd year) of KELS2013 were used. A survey of parents-children interaction, mental health, sense of community, and peer attachment was conducted. Bootstrapping analysis was performed using the SPSS Macro Process to examine the mediating effects. Results The direct effects of parents-children interaction, mental health, and sense of community on peer at-tachment were significant. The each mediating effect of mental health and sense of community was significant in the relationship between parents-children interaction and peer attachment. As s result of analyzing the multiple mediators of mental health and sense of community in the effect of parents-children interaction on peer attach-ment, a sequential multi-mediation functions appeared between the two variables. Conclusions Parents-children interaction influences mid. adolescents’s peer attachment formation through bol-stering mental health and sense of community. This implies that mental health counseling and sense of commun-ity training helps the formation of the mid. adolescents’s peer attachment.
