대학생의 그릿이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구 목적은 그릿이 대학생의 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 낙관성과 진로장벽인식의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 대구경북지역의 4년제 대학생 300명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 중 불성실 응답을 제외하고274부의 자료를 분석하였다. SPSS 27.0을 사용하여 척도의 신뢰도를 확인하고 기술통계 분석 및 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, Mplus 7.0을 사용하여 경로분석을 실시한 후 부트스트래핑 방법으로 매개효과를 검증하였다. 결과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로준비행동에 대한 그릿의 직접 효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 그릿이 낙관성을 매개로하여 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 단순매개효과와 그릿이 진로장벽인식을 매개로하여 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 단순매개효과가 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 셋째, 직접효과가 유의한 상태에서 그릿은 낙관성과 진로장벽인식을 순차적으로 매개하여 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 교육 현장에서 대학생의 진로준비행동이 활발하게 이루어지도록 하기 위해서는 그릿을 증진시키는 프로그램을 제공할 필요가있으며, 그 과정에서 당면한 상황에 대한 긍정적 관점을 촉진하고 진로장벽에 대해 재평가하도록 돕는 개입이 효과적일 것이라 기대된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of grit on university students' career preparation behavior and to confirm the mediating effect of optimism and perception of career barriers. Methods For this purpose, an online survey was conducted with 300 university students in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region. Among them, 274 data were analyzed excluding insincere responses. SPSS 27.0 was used to confirm the reliability of the scale and descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis were performed. Path analysis was performed using Mplus 7.0 and the mediation effect was verified using the bootstrapping method. Results The results are as follows. First, the direct effect of grit on career preparation behavior was found to be significant. Second, grit was found to affect career preparation behavior by sequentially mediating optimism and career barrier recognition. Conclusions In order to ensure that university students’ career preparation behavior active in the educational field, it is necessary to provide programs to promote grit. And in the process, interventions that to promote a positive perspective on the situation faced and help reevaluate career barriers are expected to be effective.
