초등 특수교사 직무만족도 척도의 구성 요인 타당화

국문 초록

목적 초등 특수교사의 직무만족도 척도에 대한 문항의 구성 요인 타당도를 살펴보는 것이다. 방법 초등 특수교사 214명을 대상으로 노종희(2001)가 개발한 직무만족도 척도에 응답하게 하였고, 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 확인적 요인분석은 모형 적합성과 집중타당성 그리고 판별타당성 검증이다. 타당화와 신뢰도 분석을 위해서 SPSS Statistics 프로그램(25.0)과 AMOS(25.0) 프로그램을 활용하였다. 결과 첫째, 최종 직무만족도 척도는 4개 요인(동료애: 4문항, 업무부담: 2문항, 혁신성: 4문항, 교직의식: 4문항)으로 구성된 총 14문항이 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모형 적합성에서도 대부분 양호한 것(χ2/(df) =1.372 < 2, RMR .018, GFI .941, AGFI .912, NFI .954, IFI .987, CFI .987, RESEA .042)으로 나타났다. 셋째, 최종 직무만족도 척도의 문항 내적 신뢰도는 전체 .867로 높았고, 하위 영역(동료애: .935, 업무부담: .858, 혁신성: .858, 교직의식: .908)에서도 높았다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 초등 특수교사의 직무만족도 측정 및 그 결과에 대한 활용 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was to examine the validity of the component factors of the item on the job satisfaction scale of elementary school special teachers. Methods 214 elementary school special teachers were asked to respond to the Job Satisfaction Inventory developed by Roh, Jong-hee(2001). Next, exploratory factor analysis(EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) were conducted. CFA is model suitability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. The SPSS statistical program and the AMOS program were used for validation and reliability analysis. Results First, a total of 14 questions consisting of 4 factors(fellowship, work(burden), innovation, teaching consciousness) were found to be valid for the final job satisfaction scale. Second, most of the model suitability(χ2/(df)=1.372 < 2, RMR .018, GFI .941, AGFI .912, NFI .954, IFI .987, CFI .987, RESEA .042) was also found to be good. Third, the internal reliability of the item on the final scale was high at .867(fellowship .935, work(burden) .858, innovation .858, teaching consciousness .908). Conclusions Based on these results, the measurement of job satisfaction of elementary school special teachers in the future and the use of the results were suggested.
