자아분화가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 자아분화가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 진로결정수준이 매개 역할을 하는지 알아보고 진로준비행동이 자아분와와 진로결정수준의 관계에서 조절 기능을 하는지 살펴봄으로써 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 전국의 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 설문지를 작성하여 인터넷 전문 설문업체를 통해 배부하였고 회수된 설문지 중 총351부를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22와 Process Macro v4.1를 활용하여 분석하였다. 먼저 대학생의 자아분화와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 진로결정수준의 매개역할 여부를 알아보았고 그 다음으로 진로준비행동이 세 변인 간에 조절역할을하는지 알아보았다. 최종적으로는 진로준비행동을 통한 진로결정수준의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 결과 연구결과는 자아분화와 진로준비행동, 진로결정수준, 대학생활적응 모두 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으나 자아분화와진로준비행동의 관계는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 자아분화는 진로결정수준을 통해 대학생활적응에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 매개변인을 통제하였을 경우도 유의미한 영향을 미쳐서 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자아분화와 진로결정수준의 관계에서는 진로준비행동이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 조사되었고 대학생활적응에 대한 세 변인 간 관계에서는자아분화가 진로준비행동과 상호작용하여 진로결정수준에 영향을 주고 진로결정수준은 대학생활적응에 영향을 주어 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다. 결론 이상의 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study sought to test the moderated mediating effect by examining whether career decision-making level (CDM) plays a mediating role in the effect of self-differentiation on adjustment to college Life and whether career preparation behavior(CPB) plays a controlling role in the relationship between self-differentiation and CDM. Methods In order to do so, a questionnaire was distributed to male and female college students nationwide through an online survey company. A total of 351 questionnaires were analyzed and the collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 and Process Macro v4.1. First, we investigated whether CDM plays a mediating role in the relationship between college students' self-differentiation and adjustment to college Life. Next, we investigated whether CPB plays a moderating role among the three variables. Finally, the moderated mediating effect of CDM through CPB was tested. Results The results showed that self-differentiation, CDM, CPB, and adjustment to college Life were all positively correlated. However, the relationship between self-differentiation and CPB was not statistically significant. Self-differentiation was found to have a positive effect on adjustment to college Life through CDM, and the effect was significant even after controlling for the mediating variable. CPB was found to be a moderating factor in the relationship between self-differentiation and CDM. Finally, the interaction between self-differentiation and CPB was found to have a significant effect on CDM, and CDM was found to have a significant effect on adjustment to college Life. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research are presented.
