국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 J.pieper의 ‘여가’ 개념 탐구를 통해 실과 농업교육에서 일이 가지는 의미와 가치를 정립하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 방법 연구 목적 달성을 위해 이 연구에서는 J.pieper의 ‘여가’ 개념 관련 문헌분석을 실시하였고 이를 바탕으로 실과 농업교육에서 일의 새로운 개념을 규정하였다. 결과 이 연구를 통해 정립된 실과 농업교육에서 일의 의미와 가치는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실과 농업교육에서의 일은 라치오와 인텔렉투스가 합일되는 지점에 있는 것으로 ‘실천적 지행의 산물로서의 자기 이해’이라 할 수 있다. 둘째, 실과 농업교육에서의 일은 일하는 과정 속에서 의미를 부여하고 변화와 적응의 과정 속에서 성장해 가는 ‘존재와 교섭 과정’이라 할 수 있다. 셋째, 실과 농업교육에서의 일은 감각충동과 형식충동의 만남으로서의 미를 추구하는 ‘심성함양의 이상향’이라 할 수 있다. 넷째, 실과 농업교육에서의 일은 외적 결과나 유용성을 달성하기 위한 수단이 아니라 일 자체가 목적이 되는 ‘여가로서의 지복’이라 할 수 있다. 결론 실과 농업교육에서 일을 경험하는 것은 단순히 농업 관련 기능을 익히는 것 아니라 일하는 과정 속에서 총체적 나를 발견하고 다양한 일의 경험을 통해 미래를 실천적으로 개척하는 교육으로서의 가치를 부여하는 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted with the aim of establishing the meaning and value of work in career education through the exploration of Schole's Philosophy. Methods In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature analysis related to J.pieper's concept of ‘leisure’ was conducted, and based on this, a new concept of work was defined agricultural education in practical arts. Results The meaning and value of work in the career education established through this study are as follows. First, work in career education is at the point where Ratio and Intellectus are united, and can be called'self understanding as a product of practical conduct. Second, work in career education is a ‘existence and negotiation process’ that gives meaning in the course of work and grows in the process of change and adaptation. Third, work in career education can be said to be the “ideal stimulus of cultivation of mind” pursuing arts as an encounter between sensuous drive and formal drive. Fourth, work in career education is not a means to achieve external results or usefulness, but can be said to be ‘the highest good as leisure’, where work itself is the goal. Conclusions To experience work in agricultural education is not simply to learn agricultural-related skills, but to discover the holistic self in the process of work and to give value as an education that pioneers the future through various work experiences.
