대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 글쓰기 동기가 자기주도 학습능력에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 글쓰기 동기가 자기주도 학습능력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 학업적 자기효능감의 매개역할에 대해 분석하였다. 방법 이2021년 6월 1일부터 2021년 6월 10일까지 H대학교에서 <글쓰기> 교양 교과목을 수강하는 대학생 163명의 설문 내용을 분석에 활용하였다. 성장 마인드셋, 글쓰기 동기와 자기주도 학습능력 간의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과에 대한 분석은 구조방정식 모형 분석을 활용하였고, 매개효과는 부트스트래핑 분석을 통해 유의성에 대해 검증하였다. 결과 주요한 연구 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성장 마인드셋, 글쓰기 동기, 자기주도 학습능력, 학업적 자기효능감의 하위요인 간에는 대체로 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 성장 마인드셋과 자기주도 학습능력, 글쓰기 동기와 자기주도 학습능력 간의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이상의 결과들을 바탕으로 성장 마인드셋과 글쓰기 동기가 대학생들의 학업적 자기효능감, 자기주도 학습능력에 통계적으로 유의미함을 확인하였고, 글쓰기 교육에서 성장 마인드셋, 글쓰기 동기, 학업적 자기효능감에 더욱 관심을 가질 필요가 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the the effect of college students' growth mindset and writing motivation on self-directed learning ability was examined, and how academic self-efficacy played a mediating role was analyzed. Methods To achieve this goal, the survey contents of 163 college students taking the liberal arts course at H University from June 1, 2021 to June 10, 2021 were used for analysis. The significance of the mediating effect was verified through structural equation model analysis and bootstrapping analysis to analyze the mediating effect of academic self-efficacy in the relationship between growth mindset, writing motivation, and self-directed learning ability. Results The main research results derived from the results are as follows. First, there was a general positive correlation between the sub-factors of growth mindset, writing motivation, self-directed learning ability, and academic self-efficacy. Second, it was found that there was a partial mediating effect of academic self-efficacy in the relationship between growth mindset and self-directed learning ability, writing motivation, and self-directed learning ability. Conclusions Based on the above results, it was confirmed that growth mindset and writing motivation were statistically significant to college students' academic self-efficacy and self-directed learning ability, and it was confirmed that it was necessary to pay more attention to growth mindset, writing motivation and academic self-efficacy in writing education.
