씨름수업 경험에 관한 질적 메타분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 학교씨름수업의 내실화와 효율화를 위해 씨름수업에 관한 교사들의 경험을 종합적으로 분석하고 그 의미를 해석하여 현장친화적인 씨름수업의 구조적 환경과 맥락에 따른 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 방법 씨름수업의 경험과 관련된 개별 사례연구물을 체계적 문헌고찰과 연구 주제에 대한 폭넓은 해석과 혁신적인 대안, 통찰력 있는 방향을 제시하고자 질적 메타분석 방법으로 분석 및 해석하였다. 결과 씨름수업에 관한 교사의 경험은 부정적, 긍정적 측면의 양상이 공존하는 것으로 나타났다. 부정적인 경험은 ‘전문지식 부족’, ‘편협한 인식’ 등의 내적인 속성과 ‘열악한 환경’, ‘부상 우려’, 교사 스스로의 내적 갈등과 학생과의 ‘갈등’, ‘부족한 교구’, 학생의 눈높이에 맞지 않는 ‘프로그램 부재’로 나타났다. 긍정적인 경험은 수업컨설팅, 전문적 학습공동체, 체육교과연구회와의 ‘협력’, 학생들의 내⋅외적 변화에 기인한 ‘보람’, 이를 통해 ‘성장’ 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 속성들을 바탕으로 상위 개념의 메타포인 ‘부담’을 도출하였으며, 씨름수업의 양상에서 발현되는 ‘부담’을 상쇄하기 위하여 수업컨설팅, 전문적 학습공동체, 체육교과연구회의 협력을 실천하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 향후 씨름수업의 내실화와 효율화를 위해서는 씨름수업에서 발현되는 교사들의 부담을 줄이기 위해 직전교사교육과 현장친화적인 직무연수 프로그램에 이르기까지 씨름에 대한 학습경험이 소외되지 않도록 씨름교육에 대한 다변화 정책 지원 노력이 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 배움을 추구하고자 하는 교사들의 움직임이 다양한 루트를 통해서 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study was to analyze teachers' experience in Ssireum class comprehensively and interpret its meaning to improve and improve Ssireum class in schools, and to draw implications according to the structural environment and context of Ssireum class. Methods For this purpose, The individual case studies related to the experience of Ssireum class were analyzed and interpreted by qualitative meta-analysis method to present systematic literature review, broad interpretation of research topics, innovative alternatives and insightful directions. Results Teachers' experience of Ssireum class showed that negative and positive aspects coexisted., Negative experiences were internal attributes such as lack of expertise and narrow perception, ‘poor environment’, ‘injury concerns’, internal conflicts of teachers themselves and ‘conflicts’ with students, ‘lack of teaching tools’, and ‘no program’ that did not fit the student's eye level., Positive experiences were shown to be ‘cooperation’ with class consulting, professional learning community, physical education research group, ‘boring’ due to internal and external changes of students, and ‘growth’ through them., Based on these attributes, the metapoem of the upper concept, ‘burden’, was derived, and it was found that the class consulting, professional learning community, and physical education research group were practicing cooperation to offset the ‘burden’ expressed in the aspect of wrestling class. Conclusions In order to improve and streamline the Ssireum class in the future, efforts should be made to support the diversification policy on Ssireum education so that the learning experience of Ssireum is not alienated from the previous teacher education and field-friendly job training programs in order to reduce the burden of teachers in Ssireum class., And teachers' movement to pursue learning should be continuously made through various routes.
