혁신교수법 적용 수업에서 교수자와 학습자의 경험 탐색 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 광주광역시에 위치한 A대학교 사례연구를 통해 대학교육에서 혁신교수법을 적용한 플립드러닝과 문제중심학습 교과목 활성화 전략을 탐색하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 A대학교에서 진행 중인 혁신 교수법 적용 교과목 중에서 2019년, 2020년에 우수 교원으로 선발된 교과목 교수 6명 및 학생 11명 대상으로 한 심층 면담을 진행하였고 그 결과를 질적연구를 통해 분석하였다. 이뿐만 아니라, 교수자의 수업 운영 결과보고서 내 성찰일지 또한 수집하여 함께 분석하였다. 결과 그 결과 다음과 같이 세 가지 측면에서 11개의 주제가 도출되었다. 학습 경험 측면에서 교수와 학생, 학생 간 상호작용, 비대면 수업으로서의 아쉬움, 교수와 학생에게 부담이 많은 수업이라는 주제가 도출되었고, 학습성과 측면에서 조용한 수업이 아닌 활동적인 수업, 사회성, 협동심을 기르는 수업, 성취감을 주는 수업이라는 주제가 도출되었으며, 마지막으로 교수학습센터로부터의 지원 방안 측면에서는 제도 개선, 학습 환경 지원, 사례⋅정보 공유, 프로그램 개발 시기 및 양식의 최소화라는 주제가 도출되었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 혁신교수법과 관련된 대학교육 혁신 관계자와 교수자 등이 실제로 질 높은 교육혁신 수업을 구현하고 이를 확산하는 데 시사점을 제공하기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study attempted to derive a strategy to revitalize flipped learning and problem-based learning subjects applying innovative teaching methods in university education through a case study at A University located in Gwangju City. Methods To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 6 professors and 11 students selected as excellent teachers in 2019 and 2020 among the subjects applying the innovation teaching method at A University. Ant the results were analyzed through qualitative research. In addition, the reflection log in the professors’ class result report was also collected and analyzed together. Results As a result, 11 topics were derived from three aspects as follows. In terms of learning experience, the topics of interaction between professors and students, among students, a regret as a non-face-to-face classes, and classes with a lot of load for professors and students were derived, and in terms of learning performance, active classes, classes cultivating social skills and cooperation skills, and fulfilling classes were derived. Finally, in terms of support from center for the teaching and learning, the topics of system improvement, learning environment support, case and information sharing, and program development timing and form minimization were derived. Conclusions Through this study, it is hoped that university education innovation officials and instructors related to innovative teaching methods will be able to find meaningful implications for finding ways to implement high-quality educational innovation classes.
