코로나19 스트레스와 우울이 대학생의 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 대학생의 코로나19 스트레스, 우울, 대학생활 적응 실태를 파악하고, 인구 특성학적 요인에 따른 차이, 그리고 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 연구대상자는 서울, 경기, 충청권에 소재한 6개 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 276명을 대상으로 2022년 5월 26일부터 약 3주간 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 Program을 이용하여 기술통계분석, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson 분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 코로나 스트레스, 우울, 대학생활적응 정도가 성별, 학년, 단과대학, 학교만족도 정도, 전공만족도 정도에 따라 대부분 차이를 보였다. 코로나 스트레스와 우울은 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 코로나 스트레스와 대학생활적응 및 우울과 대학생활적응은 유의미한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 연구대상자의 대학생활적응에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 코로나 스트레스가 10.9%, 우울이 44.3%로 나타났다. 코로나19 스트레스, 우울 모형은 대학생활적응을 55.2% 설명하였다. 결론 본 연구결과는 코로나19 스트레스와 우울, 대학생활적응의 어려움을 이해하고 필요한 서비스 및 지원 방안을 도출하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the status of COVID-19 stress, depression, and college life adjustment of college students in the COVID-19 situation, examine differences according to demographic factors, and factors influencing college life adjustment. Methods Subjects were 276 college students who agreed to participate in six universities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheong-do. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Results First, COVID-19 stress, depression, and college life adjustment mostly differed according to gender, grade, college, school satisfaction, and major satisfaction. Second, There were positively correlations between COVID-19 stress and depression. There were negatively correlations between COVID-19 stress and college life adjustment, between depression and college life adjustment. Third, as a result of hierarchical regression analysis, the relative influence of COVID-19 stress on college life adjustment of the study subjects was 10.9% and depression 44.3%. These factors accounted for 55.2% of college life adjustment (F=170.406, p<.001). Conclusions Results of this study will be useful as basic data to understand the difficulties of COVID-19 stress, depression, and college life adjustment and to derive necessary services and support measures.
