유아의 창의⋅인성 함양을 위한 가정연계 요리활동의 효과에 관한 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아의 창의성과 인성을 함양하기 위하여 가정연계 요리활동 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하는 것에 있다. 방법 본 연구에 참여한 연구 대상은 D시의 H 어린이집 만 5세 유아 43명을 대상으로 하여 실험집단 21명과 비교집단 22명으로 선정하였다, 연구의 기간은 2022년 5월 23일부터 7월30일까지 10주 동안 총 8회기의 유아교육기관과 가정을 연계하여 창의⋅인성 함양을 위한 요리활동을 실시하였다. 창의인성 함양 가정연계 요리활동 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 선행연구 및 문헌고찰을 기반으로 전공교수 2명과 현장 전문가 3명의 안면타당도 검증을 거쳐 기관용 창의인성 활동과 가정용 요일활동 프로그램을 개발하였다. 결과 본 연구결과는 첫째, 유아의 창의⋅인성 함양을 위한 가정연계 요리활동 프로그램은 유아의 창의성 영역에서 유창성, 독창성, 정교성, 개방성, 추상성에 함양에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 인성 영역에서는 효, 배려, 존중, 협력, 나눔, 질서에서 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유아의 창의⋅인성 함양을 위한 가정연계 요리활동 프로그램의 적용은 유아의 창의⋅인성 함양에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 인성교육은 가정과 연계될 때 그 교육적 효과가 증진 되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 통해 유아의 창의⋅인성을 함양하기 위한 방안으로 가정연계 요리활동 프로그램 적용 가능성을 시사하며 또한 유아들의 창의⋅인성 증진을 위해 유아교육기관과 가정이 연계하여 이루어지는 다양한 놀이⋅활동 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있음을 시사한

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop a home-connected cooking activity program to cultivate children's creativity and personality and to verify their effectiveness. Methods The subjects participating in this study were 43 5-year-old children from daycare center H in D city, 21 subjects in the experimental group and 22 subjects in the comparison group. The period of the study was from May 23 to July 30, 2022. For 10 weeks, a total of 8 sessions of culinary activities were conducted to foster creativity and character in connection with early childhood education institutions and families. In order to develop a home-connected culinary activity program to foster creativity, based on prior research and literature review, two major professors and three field experts tested the facial validity to develop a creative personality activity program for institutions and a home day activity program. Results The results of this study are first, that the home-connected cooking activity program for cultivating children's creativity and personality has a positive effect on cultivating fluency, originality, sophistication, openness, and abstraction in children's creativity. Second, it was found that there were positive effects in filial piety, consideration, respect, cooperation, sharing, and order in children's personality domain. Therefore, the application of home-connected cooking activity programs for cultivating children's creativity and character was found to be effective in cultivating children's creativity and character. Conclusions The results of this study suggest the possibility of applying a home-connected cooking activity program as a way to cultivate children's creativity and character, and also various play and activity programs conducted in conjunction with early childhood education institutions and families to promote children's creativity and character. suggests the need to develop.
