국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 좋은 수업에 대한 초등학교 교사와 초등학교 고학년 학생의 의견 비교를 통해 포스트코로나시대의 좋은 수업에 대한 인식을 연구하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 방법 이를 위하여 수업 연구 및 전문성 신장 경험이 있는 교사와 학업성취도 및 수업 태도가 우수한 학생을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시한 후 그 결과에 대해 네트워크 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 실시한 네트워크 비교 분석을 기반으로 교사와 학생의 의견을 비교하고, 선행연구와 비교하여 코로나-19 이후 변화한 점과 유사점을 도출하였다. 결과 교사와 학생 그리고 학생과 학생간의 상호작용이 원활하게 이루어지고 학생이 학습에 재미를 느끼고 자신감과 성취감을 바탕으로 자기 주도적인 학습을 하도록 하는 것이 좋은 수업이라는 것은 기존의 좋은 수업에 대한 연구결과와 변함이 없었다. 하지만, 코로나-19 이후의 좋은 수업은 잦은 온라인 수업의 영향으로 떨어진 학생들의 자기주도 학습능력과 문해력을 키워주는 수업을 중요 요인으로 인식하고 있었다. 결론 이를 세워주기 위해서 독서교육과 문해력 교육을 강조하며 학생들의 높은 참여도와 효율적인 상호작용이 학습 방법면에서 깊이있게 풀어져야 한다는 판단을 하고 있었다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to derive the characteristics of excellent classes through comparing the opinions of elementary school teachers and higher grade of a elementary school students on excellent classes. Methods n-depth interviews were conducted with teachers with experience in class research and professional development and students with excellent academic achievement and classes attitude, and network comparison analysis was conducted on the results. Based on the network comparison analysis conducted, the opinions of teachers and students were compared, and commonalities and differences were derived. Results As a result of the study, in opinions on excellent classes, teachers show efforts and methods to develop self-directed learning skills and literacy of students who have fallen to COVID-19, and students show methods and efforts to participate in classes and actively interact with teachers and other students. Studies on excellent class before COVID-19 and this study commonly said that interaction in class is important for both teachers and students in opinions on good classes. Conclusions In this study, the teacher emphasized more student-centered classes, saying that excellent class in the post-COVID-19 era are classes that develop self-directed learning skills of students who have fallen due to COVID-19. In addition, it was emphasized that students' literacy skills, which are lower than before due to online lectures, should also be improved.
