교사의 무례함 경험이 유아교육기관의 조직 갈등에 미치는 영향에서 TMX의 조절효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 교사들이 직장에서 경험하는 무례함이 유아교육기관의 조직 갈등에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 무례함 경험과 조직 갈등의 관계에서 TMX가 조절효과를 보이는지를 경험적으로 확인하기 위하여 실시되었다. 방법 이러한 목적으로 경기도 유아교육기관에 다니는 교사 418명을 대상으로 2019년 5월 1일부터 5월 22일까지 방문 및 우편발송을 통하여 자료를 수집하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 결과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 교사의 무례함 경험은 유아교육기관의 조직 갈등에 정적으로 유의미한 거승로 나타났다. 둘째, TMX는 유아교육기관의 조직 갈등이 유의미한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 무례함 경험이 유아교육기관의 조직 갈등에 미치는 영향에서 TMX의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 결론 교사가 경험하는 무례함과 유아교육기관의 조직 갈등의 관계에서, TMX의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 아버지 원가족 건강성과 양육참여의 관계에서 어머니 원가족 건강성의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 선행 연구결과와 논의하고, 추후 연구방향을 제시하였으며, 개인의 특성에 따라 경험하게 되는 무례함이 조직 갈등에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives he purpose of this study was to examine the effects of disrespect on organizational conflict in early childhood education institutions and to examine whether TMX has a moderating effect on the relationship between disrespect experience and organizational conflict. Methods For this purpose, data were collected and analyzed through visits and mailing from May 1 to May 22, 2019, targeting 418 teachers attending early childhood education institutions in Gyeonggi-do. Results As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, first, the teacher s rudeness experience was found to be a significant positive factor in organizational conflict in early childhood education institutions. Second, TMX was found to have a significant negative effect on organizational conflict in early childhood education institutions. Third, the moderating effect of TMX was confirmed in the effect of teacher s rudeness experience on organizational conflict of early childhood education institutions. Conclusions In the relationship between the rudeness experienced by teachers and organizational conflict in early childhood education institutions, the moderating effect of TMX was confirmed. The moderating effect of mother s family-of-origin health was confirmed in the relationship between father s family-of-origin health and parenting participation. This study discussed the results with the previous studies, suggested future research directions, and suggested a follow-up study on how disrespectfulness experienced by individual characteristics affects organizational conflict.
