중국 성인학습자의 평생학습역량과 평생학습 참여동기, 학습특성, 심리적임파워먼트 관계 연구

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 중국 성인의 평생학습 역량과 평생학습 참여동기, 학습 특성, 심리적 임파워먼트 요인간의 관계를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 오늘날 인구증가와 수명의 연장, 정보화, 세계화로 성인학습자는 과거에 비해 보다 많은 지식과 경험을 필요로 하게 되었다. 이에 따라 치열한 경쟁사회에서 무엇보다 인적자원에 대한 수요와 성인들의 평생학습 역량에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 방법 이 연구에서는 중국의 8개성, 25개 도시의 평생교육에 참여한 성인을 887명을 대상으로 인터넷과 wechat을 통해 설문조사를 하였다. 결과 중국 성인학습자의 평생학습 역량은 평생학습 참여동기, 학습 특징, 심리적 임파워먼트 요인간에 유의하였다. 즉, 평생학습 참여동기와 평생학습 역량에 있어서도 학습특징과 심리적 임파워먼트는 부분매개 역할을 하였다. 결론 본 연구를 통한 결론으로는 첫째, 중국 성인학습자의 평생학습 참여동기와 심리적 임파워먼트가 높을수록 평생학습 역량이 높았다. 따라서 평생학습에 대한 인식인 대한 교육, 평생교육 참여를 통한 심리적 임파워먼트 향상이 필요하다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 평생교육 학습 특성과 심리적 임파워먼트가 높을수록 평생학습 역량이 높았다. 따라서 학습자의 심리적 임파워먼트와 학습역량이 향상될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 중국평생학습자의 역량을 강화할 수 있는 요인들에 대한 후속 연구들이 요구되었다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to reveal the relationship between lifelong learning capabilities of Chinese adults, motivation to participate in lifelong learning, learning characteristics, and psychological empowerment factors. Today s population growth, longevity, information service, and globalization have made adult learners need more knowledge and experience than in the past. As a result, the demand for human resources and adult lifelong learning capabilities are increasing in a fiercely competitive society. Methods The study surveyed 887 adults who participated in lifelong education in eight provinces and 25 cities in China through the Internet and wechat. Results The lifelong learning capabilities of Chinese adult learners were significant among the motivation for lifelong learning participation, learning characteristics, and psychological empowerment factors. In other words, learning characteristics and psychological impotence also played a part in lifelong learning participation and lifelong learning capabilities. Conclusions The higher the Chinese adult learner s lifelong learning participation motivation and psychological empowerment, the higher the lifelong learning competency. Therefore, it is necessary to improve psychological empowerment through education and participation in lifelong learning. Second, the higher the lifelong education learning characteristics and psychological empowerment of adult learners, the higher the lifelong learning competency. Therefore, the psychological empowerment and learning ability of the learner can be improved. Through this study, follow-up studies on factors that can strengthen the competency of lifelong learners in China were required.
