경기꿈의학교에 참여한 학생의 프로그램 만족도, 자아효능감, 진로성숙도 및 학교생활적응의 관계

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 경기꿈의학교에 참여한 학생들의 경기꿈의학교 참여 만족도가 진로성숙도, 자아효능감, 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향의 참여집단별 차이를 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 2018년 경기꿈의학교에 참여한 초⋅중⋅고등학생 총 1,572명(찾꿈 참여학생 812명, 만꿈 참여학생 610명, 만꿈 꿈짱학생 150명)을 대상으로 참여 후 11월말에 실시한 설문조사 결과를 대상으로 기술통계, 상관관계, 확인적요인분석, 잠재평균분석, 다집단 구조방정식 모형의 분석을 통해 참여집단별 차이를 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 경기꿈의학교 참여 만족도, 자아효능감, 진로성숙도, 학교생활적응은 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 잠재평균분석결과, 만꿈 꿈짱학생의 참여 만족도, 진로성숙도, 자아효능감, 학교생활적응은 다른 집단보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 다집단 경로계수차이분석 결과, 만꿈 꿈짱학생이 다른 유형 학생보다 경기꿈의학교 참여만족도가 자아효능감과 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향이 컸다. 찾꿈 참여학생과 만꿈 참여학생의 경우, 경기꿈의학교 만족도에서 학교생활적응에 이르는 경로에서 자아효능감과 진로성숙도의 매개효과가 나타났다. 결론 학생의 진로성숙도와 학교생활적응을 높이기 위한 학생들의 자기결정성을 바탕으로 한 진로교육과 활동 구성 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The main purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of students’ participant satisfaction from “Gyeonggi School of Dreams”, which provides opportunities for students to explore their careers and to realize their dreams, on career maturity, self-efficiency, and school life adaptation. Methods Descriptive statistics, correlations, confirmatory factors of the variables, latent mean and multi-group Path Analysis by student groups were applied on the data of 1,572 students who participated in Gyeonggi School of Dreams in 2018. Results First, the satisfaction level of participation in Gyeonggi School of Dreams, self-efficiency, career maturity, and school life adaptation showed static correlation. Second, the level of satisfaction with participation, career maturity, self-efficiency, and school life adaptation of a leading group of students in Gyeonggi School of Dreams was higher than other groups. Third, the participation of a leading group of students in Gyeonggi School of Dreams positively affects self-efficiency and career maturity than other students groups. Conclusions This study results have implications for career education and career education activities, which are based on students’ self-determination for enhancing students’ career maturity and self-efficiency.
