언어네트워크분석법을 활용한 고등학교 교사들의 혁신교육에 대한 인식 분석

국문 초록

목적 이 연구의 목적은 고등학교 교사들의 혁신교육에 대한 인식을 분석하고, 혁신교육의 개선 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 고등학교 교사 4명을 대상으로 혁신교육에 대해 대면 면접을 하였다. 그리고 문헌연구를 통해 혁신교육에 대한 교사들의 인식을 분석하기 위한 기준 프레임을 개발하였다. 이를 토대로 언어네트워크분석법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학교 교사들의 혁신교육과 대학 진학지도 사이의 상충되는 인식은 본질적으로 혁신교육에 참여하는 구성원들의 신념의 차이 때문에 형성된다. 둘째, 고등학교 교사들은 대체적으로 혁신교육을 2015 개정 교육과정과 연계시키지 않고 있다. 셋째, 고등학교 교사들은 과거 10년 동안의 혁신교육 운영 경험을 토대로 모든 학교에 새로운 교육체계가 조성될 수 있도록 일반화가 필요하다고 인식하였다. 결론 그러므로 혁신교육에 참여하는 구성원들은 사회적 합의를 통해 대학 진학 문제와 혁신교육 사이의 갈등 문제를 해결해야 한다. 그리고 혁신교육이 국가차원 교육과정과 별개로 시행될 수는 없기 때문에 2015 개정 교육과정과의 간극을 좁히려는 노력이 필요하다. 또 혁신교육 정책 담당자는 혁신교육의 일반화 과정을 더 이상 뒤로 미루지 말아야 한다. 이 연구는 연구 방법 측면에서 혁신교육에 대해 기존의 효과성 검증도구에 의존하여 단순 양적 통계치를 제시하는 것에 그치지 않고 변수의 가중치와 상호 관계를 통해 결론을 도출했다는 것에 그 의미가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze high school teachers perceptions of innovative education and explore ways to improve innovative education. Methods For this purpose, we interviewed four high school teachers about innovative education. And we developed a standard frames for analyzing 4 teachers’ perceptions about innovative education through literature review, We analyzed the language data obtained through interview using semantic network analysis. Results The results are as follows. The first, the conflicting perception of high school teachers between innovative education and college guidance is essentially formed from differences in the beliefs of the members who participate in innovative education. The second, high school teachers generally do not link innovative education to the 2015 revised curriculum. The third, high school teachers recognized the need for generalization so that a new education system could be established in all schools based on 10 years of experience in operating innovative education. Conclusions Therefore, members of the educational community should resolve the conflicting perception between innovative education and college guidance through social consensus. Since innovative education cannot be implemented separately from the national-level curriculum, members of the educational community need to make efforts to narrow the gap between innovative education and the 2015 revised curriculum. And the policy coordinator should no longer delay the generalization of innovative education. This study is significant in that the conclusions were drawn through weights and interrelationships of variables, rather than simply presenting quantitative statistics relying on classical tools in terms of research methods.
