대학교육에서의 역량기반 융합교과 개발 사례연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대 산업현장에서 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 인재 육성을 위하여 역량기반 융합교과를 개발하고 그 사례를 공유함으로써 대학교육에서의 역량기반 융합교육의 활성화를 목적하였다. 방법 경기도에 소재한 K대학교 스마트팩토리 융합전공의 역량기반 융합교과(생산시스템실무)를 개발하기 위하여 사례연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 연구 참여자 6인이 총 10회의 융합교과 개발 협의모임을 진행하였고 참여관찰과 심층면담을 수행하여 경험적 텍스트와 그와 관련된 이론적 텍스트를 병행적으로 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과, 6가지의 융합교과 개발 지침과 7가지의 역량기반 융합교과 개발 원리를 제시하였다. 7가지 원리의 적용 과정을 경험적 텍스트에 의하여 구체적으로 드러냄으로써 개발 과정을 실제적으로 공유하였다. 결론 개발된 역량기반 융합교과는 5가지의 특성을 나타내었다. 첫째, ‘융합적 교수설계: 역량-목표-내용-방법-평가의 융합’이다. 둘째, ‘융합적 집단구성: 협력적, 창의적 조 편성’이다. 셋째, ‘융합적 모델링: 팀티칭, 코티칭’이다. 넷째, ‘융합적 교수매체: 통합된 도구 환경’이다. 다섯째, ‘융합적 평가 과제: 기말 팀프로젝트’이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed at revitalizing competency-based convergence education in higher education by developing a competency-based convergence subject and sharing the case, to cultivate human resources who can actively cope with the industrial field in the era of the 4th industrial revolution Methods A case study was conducted to develop a competency-based convergence subject for the Smart Factory Convergence Major of K university located in Gyeonggi-do. To this end, 6 participants of the study participated in a total of 10 discussion meetings for development of the convergence subject, and conducted participant observations and in-depth interviews to analyze empirical texts and related theoretical texts in parallel. Results a result of the study, 6 guidelines and 7 principles for the development of competency-based convergence subject were presented. The development process was practically shared by specifically revealing the application process of the 7 principles through empirical texts. Conclusions The developed competency-based convergence subject showed five convergent characteristics. First, it is ‘the convergence instructional design: convergence of competency-goal-content-Method-evaluation’. Second, it is ‘the convergence group composition: cooperative and creative group formation’. Third, it is ‘the convergence modeling: team teaching and co-teaching’. Fourth, it is ‘the convergence instructional media: integrated environment of tools’. Fifth, it is ‘the convergence evaluation tasks: final team project’.
