고경력 보육교사가 인식하는 개정누리과정 적용의 의미와 어려움

목적 본 연구는 고경력 보육교사가 인식하는 개정누리과정의 적용의 의미와 어려움을 알아보고, 이를 바탕으로 놀이중심 교육과정의 효과적인 실행을 위한 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 경기도 A시에 소재한 어린이집에서 유아반을 담당하고 있는 경력 8년 이상의 고경력 보육교사들 5인을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하였다. 결과 첫째, 고경력 보육교사들은 놀이의 가능성을 발견하고 교사의 역할을 재정립하였다. 이는 놀이를 위한 여유로움의 의미 느끼기, 무한한 놀이 확장의 가능성 체감, 감춰졌던 놀이 공간의 새로운 탄생, 유아 주도의 놀이를 통해 자연스러운 배움의 계기로 범주화되었다. 둘째, 고경력 보육교사들은 2019 개정누리과정의 현장 적용 과정에서의 놀이를 통한 배움 속 교사의 역할 정체성을 혼돈하였다. 이는 지원과 개입의 사이에서 혼란스러움, 잘하고 있는 것인지 막연한 두려움, 익숙함에서 벗어나기의 어려움, 현장 적용에서의 한계 느끼기로 범주화되었다. 결론 이를 토대로 2019 개정누리과정의 현장안착을 위한 교사의 경력을 반영한 교사 지원 방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the meanings and difficulties experienced by high-career childcare teachers in the process of applying the revised nuri course, and to present implications for the effective implementation of the play-centered curriculum. Methods For this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 5 high-career childcare teachers with more than 8 years of experience in charge of nursery classes at a childcare center located in A city, Gyeonggi-do. The research results are as follows. Results First, high-career childcare teachers discovered the possibility of play and re-established the role of teachers. This has been categorized as a natural learning opportunity through feeling the meaning of leisure for play, feeling the possibility of infinite play expansion, the new birth of hidden play spaces, and infant-led play. Second, high-career childcare teachers confused the role identity of teachers in learning through play in the field application process of the 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum. This was categorized as confusion between support and intervention, vague fear of doing well, difficulty getting out of familiarity, and feeling marginal in field application. Conclusions Based on this, a teacher support plan that reflects the teacher s career was proposed.
