유치원교사의 셀프리더십과 교사효능감이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유치원교사의 개인적 변인인 셀프리더십과 교사효능감이 조직효과성과 어떠한 관련이 있는지 살펴보고, 조직효과성에 미치는 영향력을 분석해보고자 한다. 방법 본 연구의 연구대상은 수도권 소재 유치원에 근무하는 교사 298명이며, 연구를 위해 SPSS 24.0을 사용하여 연구 대상의 일반적 특성을 알아보고 각 변인들의 기술통계분석을 하였으며, 상관분석을 실시하여 세 변인간의 관계를 살펴보고, 마지막으로 영향력을 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 교사의 연령과 경력에 따라 조직효과성에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원교사의 셀프리더십, 교사효능감, 조직효과성 세 변인간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 유치원교사의 셀프리더십과 교사효능감의 하위변인은 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교사효능감의 하위요인인 개인적 교사효능감이 가장 큰 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 유치원교사들이 기관에 근무하는 데 있어 중요한 변인인 조직효과성에 영향을 주는 교사의 셀프리더십과 교사효능감과의 관계를 알아보고 분석한 점에서 연구의 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

bjectives This study aims to understand the general status and correlations between kindergarten teachers’ self-leadership, teacher efficacy, and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the study examines how kindergarten teachers’ self-leadership and teacher efficacy affect their organizational effectiveness. Methods The participants of the study are 298 kindergarten teachers working at kindergarten located in other metropolitan areas. We used SPSS 24.0 to perform a descriptive statistical analysis and Pearson’s correlation coefficient test of individual variables. The multiple regression analysis was conducted as well to further investigate the correlation between the variables. Results First, as a result of searching the perceived gap of organizational effectiveness depending on socio-demographic factor, it appear commonly the meaningful difference in age, career. In addition, the results demonstrated a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teachers’ self-leadership, teacher efficacy and organizational effectiveness. In particular, personal teacher efficacy, one of the subfactors of teacher efficacy has the most significant effects on job satisfaction. Conclusions This study is significant as it examined the individual subfactors of self-leadership and teacher efficacy and elucidated the factors affecting organizational effectiveness.
