평가방식 변화에 따른 초등 1급 정교사 자격연수 경험 분석

국문 초록

목적 1정 연수 평가방식의 전환(상대평가에서 절대평가)에 따른 연수강사와 연수생들의 경험을 조사함으로써 평가방식 변화에 대한 인식과 앞으로 해결해야할 과제를 확인하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위해 2019년과 2020년 초등 1급 정교사 자격연수에 참여한 연수강사 4명, 연수생 5명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 면담 내용은 주로 교육과정과 평가에 대한 인식, 연수원 분위기와 1정 연수에 바라는 점 등이다. 결과 평가방식 전환 이전의 교육과정은 ‘성장의 원동력’, 평가는 ‘이상과 현실의 괴리’, 연수 분위기는 ‘소리 없는 전쟁터’, 1정 연수에 바라는 점은 ‘평가 변화에 대한 소망’, 평가방식 전환 이후의 교육과정은 ‘변화의 바람’, 평가는 ‘겪어야 하는 성장통’, 연수 분위기는 ‘고요함과 적막함’, 1정 연수에 바라는 점은 ‘더 좋은 연수에 대한 희망’으로 도출되었다. 결론 첫째, 과거의 1정 연수 평가방식은 승진과 연계된 줄세우기 성격이 강하여 자격연수의 취지에 적합하지 못했다. 둘째, 평가방식의 변화는 불필요한 경쟁을 막고, 협력 문화를 조성하는데 변화를 가져왔으나 연수에 대한 참여도는 앞으로 해결해야 될 문제이다. 셋째, 교육과정은 지적 자극이 되는 점도 있으나 학교 현장 및 교직 생애단계와의 괴리가 발견되기도 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of the survey is to examine the experience of qualification training instructors and trainees according to the transition of training evaluation method(from norm-oriented assessment to criterion-referenced assessment)to awareness of changes in the evaluation method and tasks to be solved. Methods In-depth interviews were held with four qualification training instructors and five qualification trainees who participated in the qualification training for the elementary 1st grade teacher in 2019 and 2020. The contents of the interview are mainly the recognition of the curriculum and evaluation, the atmosphere of the training institute, and the desire for the qualification training. Results Before the evaluation method was changed curriculum is ‘the driving force of growth’, evaluation is ‘the gap between ideal and reality’, the atmosphere of the training institute is ‘the battlefield without sound’, the desire for the qualification training is ‘the desire for evaluation change’, After the evaluation method was changed curriculum is ‘the desire for change’, evaluation is ‘the growth pain to go through’, the atmosphere of the training institute is ‘the quietness and silence’ and the desire for the qualification training is ‘hope for better training’ is derived. Conclusions First, the evaluation method of the qualification training in the past was not suitable for the purpose of the qualification training because it had a strong tendency to line up in connection with the promotion. Second, changes in evaluation methods have led to changes in preventing unnecessary competition and creating a culture of cooperation, but participation in qualification training is a problem that needs to be solved in the future. Third, although the curriculum is also intellectual stimulating, the gap between the school and the life cycle was found.
