상담전공 학부생의 전공역량 모형 구축 및 자가평가도구 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구는 상담전공 학부생의 핵심역량을 확인하고 이를 측정할 수 있는 도구를 타당화하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 관련 문헌들, 특히 기존에 상담전공의 핵심역량에 대해 제시한 연구와 NCS의 역량들을 참고하고 D대학의 상담학과에서 제시하는 교육목표를 고려하여 역량모형을 설정하였다. 역량모형의 적합도를 확인하기 위해 전문가 패널에게 평가 및 검토받았으며 이에 근거하여 최종모형을 확정하였다. 최종 전공역량 모형은 3개의 역량군, 11개의 역량요소, 27개의 역량지표로 구성되었다. 또한, 이를 기반으로 전공역량 자가평가도구를 구성하고 이를 타당화하기 위해 전문가를 통해 내용타당도를 검토하였다. 다음으로 해당 학과 소속 재학생들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하고 수집된 자료로 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 총 36문항으로 구성된 자가평가도구는 신뢰롭고 타당하였다. 아울러 본 도구를 통해 측정한 재학생들의 전공역량이 학년에 따라 증가되는 양상을 확인함으로써 본 도구가 교육 효과에 민감하게 반응함도 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 타당화 한 전공역량 자가평가도구의 활용가능성과 이에 기반한 학부 상담자 교육에의 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify core capability of counseling major related with counseling professional directly and to validate the instrument for measuring this core capability. For achieving this purpose, the model for capability was set up referring to related studies, especially the literature presenting core capability of counseling major or capabilities NCS presenting and considering educational objectives of department in D university. To identify the fidelity of model for capability, the expert panel evaluated or checked and then final model was confirmed based on the results. The final model for major capability consisted of three capability groups, eleven capability factors, and twenty seven capability indicators. Also, self-evaluation instrument of major capability was constructed based on the model and then experts checked content validity of it. Next, the survey was performed for students belong to the target department and reliability and validity was identified by collected data. As a result, the self-evaluation instrument consisting of thirty six items was reliable and validated. Furthermore, the instrument was identified as a measurement sensitive responding to educational effect by showing aspect of increase of major capability level for undergraduates on counseling major by grade measured by developed instrument in this study. At last, we discussed about the usage possibility of the major capability self-evaluation instrument validated in this study and implications for counselor education for undergraduates.
