국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 성장 마인드셋과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 남부권역에 거주하는 초등학교 6학년 학생 350명을 대상으로 2019년 9월부터 10월 동안 성장 마인드셋 척도, 그릿 척도, 진로성숙도 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 변인 간의 인과적 관계를 알아보기 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였고, 성장 마인드셋과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과의 유의성을 확인하기 위하여 부트스트랩을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 성장 마인드셋이 진로성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학생의 그릿이 진로성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초등학생의 성장 마인드셋이 높을수록 그릿이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 초등학생의 성장 마인드셋이 진로성숙도에 미치는 정적 영향에서 그릿이 강화요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of grit on the relationship between growth mindset and career maturity of 6th grade students. To this end, a survey was conducted for 6th grade students in the southern area of Gyeonggi-do using the growth mindset scale, grit scale, and career maturity scale from September to October 2019. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24/0 programs. A structural equation model was used to investigate the causal relationship between variables, and bootstrapping was performed to confirm the significance of the mediating effect of grit in the relationship between growth mindset and career maturity. The main research results are as follows. First, it was found that the growth mindset of elementary school students had a significant effect on career maturity. Second, the grit of elementary school students was found to have a significant effect on career maturity. Third, as the growth mindset of elementary school students increased, the grit increased. Lastly, it was shown that grit acts as a reinforcement factor in the static influence of growth mindset of elementary school students on career maturity.
