체육수업에서 학생들의 그릿(Grit)과 도전감 및 수업참여와의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 체육수업에서 학생들의 그릿과 도전감이 수업참여에 얼마나 많은 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도에 재학하고 있는 중 · 고등학생을 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 표집방법은 편의표본추출법으로 331명을 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 가지고 다중회귀분석을 실시하여, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 체육수업에서 학생들의 그릿은 도전감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 그릿의 하위요인 중 흥미 일관성은 도전감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 체육수업에 대한 학생들의 도전감은 수업참여의 하위요인(행동참여, 정서참여, 인지참여) 모두에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 체육수업에서 학생들의 그릿은 수업참여에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 그릿의 하위요인 중 흥미 일관성은 수업참여에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of students grit and challenge on their classroom engagement in PE classes. For this purpose, the investigator found a population in middle and high school students in Gyeonggi Province and selected 331 through convenience sampling. Collected data was put to multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 25.0 statistical program. The findings were as follows: First, students grit had statistically significant effects on their challenge in PE classes, but consistency of interest, a subfactor of grit, had no significant effects on it; secondly, their challenge for PE classes had statistically significant impacts on all the sub-factors(behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement) of classroom engagement; and finally, their grit had statistically significant influences on their classroom engagement in PE classes, but consistency of interest, a subfactor of grit, had no significant influences on it.
