진동보행운동이 발달장애 아동의 보행능력과 하지분절 움직임에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 발달장애 아동을 대상으로 진동 보행운동 프로그램 전과 후에 보행능력과 하지분절 움직임에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 수행된 연구이다. 본 연구는 A지역 I소재 장애인 복지 센타에 내방중인 발달장애 아동 42명을 대상으로 비 운동 대조그룹(NEG; Non-Exercise group/ n=14), 주 3회 이하 진동보행운동그룹(DEG: Deficient Exercise group/ n=14), 주 3회 이상 진동 보행운동그룹(OEG: Over Exercise group(n=14)으로 선정하여 16주간 진동보행운동을 진행하였다. 본 연구 수행을 통해 얻어진 자료는 SPSS 24.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 반복측정이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진동보행운동에 따른 발달장애 아동의 보행능력을 분석한 결과 보행속도와 분속수에서 OEG가 DEG와 NEG에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 감소되었으며, 보장과 활보장은 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 진동보행운동에 따른 발달장애 아동의 하지분절 움직임을 분석한 결과 발목관절의 내번, 외번, 배측굴곡, 저측굴곡과 무릎관절의 내회전, 외회전, 신전, 굴곡의 모든 변인에서 OEG가 DEG와 NEG에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다.

영문 초록

This study was to investigate the effects of vibration walking exercise on gait ability and lower segment movements in the children with developmental disability. The participants were divided into three groups: non exercise group (NEG/ n=14) and deficient exercise group (DEG/ n=14) and over exercise group (OEG/ n=14). The vibration walking exercise program for 16 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As for the gait ability, there were significantly decreased in velocity, cadence whereas there were significantly increased in step length, stride length rate in OEG. Second, As for the lower segment movement, there were significantly increased in ankle joint inversion, eversion, dorsiflexion, plantar flexion and knee joint internal rotation, external rotation, flexion, extension rate in OEG. As conclusions, this study confirmed that thevibration walking exercise could improve the gait ability and lower segment movements in children with developmental disability.
