국문 초록

이 연구는 CBAM을 활용하여 진로교육 집중학년·학기제에 대한 교사의 관심 단계를 분석하고, 배경 변인에 따른 차이를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 8월 9일부터 2019년 8월 28일까지 서울대학교 농업생명과학대학 교육연수원에서 진행한 ‘진로교육 기반 학교교육과정 편성·운영 교원역량 신장 연수’에 참여한 초등학교 및 중학교 교사 229명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교사들은 진로교육 집중학년·학기제에 대해 긍정적 무관심자 유형에 해당했다. 초등학교 교사가 중학교 교사에 비해 진로교육 집중학년·학기제의 운영적 관심이 높았고, 진로교육 연수 참가 횟수가 높은 교사는 낮은 교사에 비해 결과적, 협동적, 강화적 관심이 높았으며, 진로교육 집중학년·학기제 실행 경험이 있는 교사가 경험이 없는 교사에 비해 협동적, 강화적 관심이 높았다. 이러한 연구 결과에 근거하여 진로교육 집중학년·학기제 운영과 관련한 실천적 제언 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze teacher s stages of concern regarding career education intensive semester & grade system using the CBAM and to analyze differences according background variables. For this purpose, questionnaires were administered to 299 elementary and middle school teachers participated in the school curriculum plan and management training based on career education conducted by the Seoul National University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Training Institute from August 9, 2019 to August 28, 2019. As a result of the study, teachers were the types of nonuser that were positive to the career education intensive semester & grade system. elementary school teachers had higher management concern in the career education intensive semester & grade system than middle school teachers, teachers with high participation in career education training had higher consequence, collaboration and reinforced concern than teachers with low participation, teachers with experience in implementing the career education intensive semester & grade system had higher collaboration and reinforced concern than inexperienced teachers. Based on the results of these studies, practical suggestions related to the career education intensive semester & grade system and suggestions for follow-up research were presented.
