교수자용 교수역량 진단도구(H-TCT) 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 교수자가 자신의 교수역량을 진단하고, 맞춤형 교수역량 강화 프로그램의 참여를 통한 교수역량 제고를 돕기 위해 2019년 1월부터 3월까지 교수자용 교수역량 진단도구(H-TCT)를 개발한 연구이다. 교수자의 교수역량 범주를 강의계획, 강의실행, 강의개선으로 구분하고 각 범주별 영역과 그 하위요소를 측정할 수 있는 문항을 개발했다. 강의계획에서는 3개 영역 6개 하위요소를 측정할 수 있는 26개 문항, 강의실행에서는 3개 영역 8개 하위요소를 측정할 수 있는 37개 문항, 강의개선에서는 3개 영역 3개 하위요소를 측정할 수 있는 17개 문항으로 총 80개 문항을 최종 진단도구 문항으로 구성했다. 선행연구 분석을 통해 예비문항을 선별했으며, H대학교 교수자 181명의 예비검사 자료를 토대로 전문가 타당화와 탐색적·확인적 요인분석을 통해 최종 문항을 개발했다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교수역량 진단도구(H-TCT)를 통해 교수자는 본인 교수역량의 가시적인 분포를 확인할 수 있을뿐 아니라, 결과에 따라 매칭된 교수역량 강화 프로그램을 참여할 수 있어 교수역량을 제고하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a Teaching Competency Test for professors from January to March 2019 to help improving their teaching competency by diagnosing their teaching competency and participating in a customized teaching competency enhancing programs. This study developed the test that classifies the teaching competency of professors into lecture plan, lecture performance, and lecture improvement the elements of each domain. In the lecture plan, 26 items measure 6 elements and 3 domains. In the lecture performance, 37 items measure 8 elements and 3 domains. In the lecture improvement, 17 items measure 3 elements and 3 domains. The test consisted of 80 items. The items of preliminary test were selected through analysis of previous research. and we developed the final questions were based on the preliminary test data of 181 part-time instructors at H university, through expert validation, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Through the H-TCT, which is developed in this study, the professors can not only confirm the visible distribution of his( her teaching competency, but also participate in the matched teaching competency enhancing programs to improve the teaching competency.
