내면화된 수치심이 반응적 공격성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 내면화된 수치심과 반응적 공격성의 관계에서 분노 반추와 분노 억제의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 대전 소재 중학교 2, 3학년 학생 204명으로, 자료 수집은 2019년 12월 3일부터 2020년 1월 17일까지 실시되었다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 변인 간 상관을 알아보고 구조방정식 모형으로 매개모형의 적합도를 검증하였다. 또한 부트스트래핑 방법을 적용하여 매개변인의 간접효과의 유의미성을 검증하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내면화된 수치심, 분노 반추, 분노 억제, 반응적 공격성 간의 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심이 반응적 공격성으로 가는 경로에서 분노 반추와 분노 억제의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 내면화된 수치심이 분노 반추를 거쳐 반응적 공격성으로 가는 경로와 내면화된 수치심이 분노 반추와 분노 억제를 순차적으로 거쳐 반응적 공격성으로 이어지는 경로가 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 분노 반추와 분노 억제의 매개변인의 중요성을 확인하였으며 이를 통해 임상 및 교육 현장에 임상적인 함의를 제공하고자 상담 개입과 본 연구의 제한점, 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논하였다.

영문 초록

The study investigated the mediating role of anger rumination and anger suppression on the relationship between internalized shame and reactive aggression, and the structural relationship between the variables. The research data have been gathered from self-report data of 204 middle school students. Date were collected from December 3 of 2019 to January 17 of 2020. Pearson correlations were examined among the study variables. Anger rumination and anger suppression entered as the mediator using SEM(structural equation modeling) and model fit indices were verified. Bootstraping Analyses were used to prove the significant of the indirect effect. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the relationship between internalized shame, anger rumination, anger suppression, reactive aggression was found to have a significant positive correlation. Second, in the relation between internalized shame and reactive aggression, the mediating effect of anger rumination and suppression has been proved to be significant. Subsequently the study discussed the meaning of the such mediation model verification and therapeutic interventions. Lastly, the study discussed significance and limitations of this study.
