대학생의 동아리활동이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 동아리활동이 대학생활적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하고, 그러한 영향 관계에서 사회적지지와 그릿의 매개효과를 검증해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 2019년 9월부터 10월까지 D 대학교 2-4학년 대학생 413명을 대상으로 동아리활동, 대학생활적응, 사회적지지, 그릿을 측정하는 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동아리활동은 대학생활적응에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대학생의 동아리활동 수준이 높을수록 대학생활적응이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 동아리활동이 대학생활적응의 관계에서 사회적지지와 그릿의 매개효과가 각각 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 동아리활동과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 사회적지지와 그릿의 매개효과가 순차적으로 부분 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 기반으로 논의하였고 대학 내 동아리 활성화를 위한 시사점, 추후 연구의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine how the club activities of university students influence on college life adaptation and to examine the mediated effect of social support and girt in the relation between club activities and college life adaptation. To this end, from September to October 2019, 413 college students in grades 2-4 of D University were surveyed to measure club activities, college life adaptation, social support, and grit. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a significant positive correlation between club activities, college life adaptation. It was confirmed that the higher the level of club activit ies of university students, the higher the college life adaptation. Second, it was confirmed that the social support and the mediating effect of grit were significant in the relation between club activities and college life adaptation. Third, it was found that the mediating effect of social support and grit was partially mediated sequentially in the relation between club activities and college life adaptation. The results of our study suggest that club activities should be encouraged and promoted in order to increase college life adaptation.
