초등교사의 대상관계가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등교사의 대상관계가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도내 4개 도시에 소재한 초등학교 20개교, 총 400명의 초등교사를 대상으로 2020년 2월 10일부터 2월 25일까지 15일간 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종 376명의 설문지를 분석한 내용을 토대로 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 대상관계의 4가지 하위 요인은 모두 직무스트레스와 유의미한 부적 상관이 있으며 대상관계는 직무스트레스에 부적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대상관계 수준이 높을수록 직무스트레스를 적게 경험한다는 것을 의미한다. 비소외와 안정애착, 비자아중심성은 직무스트레스에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적능력은 직무스트레스에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 비소외, 안정애착, 비자아중심성의 대상관계 수준이 높을수록 직무스트레스를 덜 받는다는 것을 의미하며 대상관계의 하위 요인들이 직무스트레스에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 비소외, 안정애착, 비자아중심성의 순으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of elementary school teachers object relations on job stress. To this end, 20 elementary schools located in 4 cities in Gyeonggi-do, a total of 400 elementary school teachers were surveyed over 15 days from February 10 to February 25, 2020, and analyzed the final 376 questionnaires. Based on the results, the research results are summarized as follows. As a result of the study, it was found that all four sub-factors of the object relations had a significant negative correlation with job stress, and the object relations had a negative effect on the job stress. In other words, the higher the level of the object relations, the less job stress is experienced. Non-alienation, secure attachment, and non-egocentricity were found to have a negative effect on job stress, and social competence was found to have no significant effect on job stress. In other words, it means that the higher the level of non-alienation, secure attachment, and non-egocentricity, the less job stress they receive, the relative influence of the sub-factors of the object relations on job stress was found in the order of non-alienation, secure attachment, and non-egocentricity.
