국문 초록

본 연구는 집단 문제해결에서 발생하는 시너지의 하위요인을 탐구하고, 이 하위요인들이 비구조 문제해결에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2016년 2학기부터 2017년 1학기까지 4년제 대학에서 강의를 수강하는 279명의 학생을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하여, 시너지 하위요인의 구조의 탐구는 탐색적·확인적 요인분석을 통해, 시너지가 비구조 문제해결에 미치는 영향은 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 시너지 구조의 하위요인들은 긍정적 효과 증가, 부정적 효과 감소, 팀 역량 향상, 집단 창의성 향상으로 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 시너지 하위요인들의 구조는 확인적 요인분석을 통해 타당한 것으로 드러났다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과, 시너지는 비구조 문제해결에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 4개의 하위요인들 중에서 긍정적 효과 증가와 부정적 효과 감소 요인이 유의미하게 영향을 미쳤다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 시너지와 시너지 하위요인이 비구조 문제해결과 밀접한 관련성을 갖고 있다는 점을 보여주는 것이다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 논의와 시사점이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

This study inquired the sub-elements of synergy structure occurring during group problem solving and analyzed their effects on ill-structured problem solving. For this purpose, the study conducted survey research and collected data from 279 students who took college courses in universities from the 2016 fall semester to the 2017 spring semester. With collected data, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were applied for the sub-elements of synergy structure and multiple regression analysis for the effects on ill-structured problem solving. The research results were as follows: First, the results of exploratory analysis showed that synergy structure was composed of sub-elements, including the increase of positive effect, the decrease of negative effect, the increase of team competency, and the increase of group creativity. The validity of this synergy structure model was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Second, the results of multiple regression revealed that synergy affected ill-structured problem solving and the two sub-elements among four were statistically significant to ill-structured problem solving. Included were the increase of positive effect & the decrease of negative effect. This result indicates that the synergy and the sub-elements of synergy were closely related with ill-structured problem solving. The study described discussions and presented implications of the research results.
