초등학생의 학업탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 한국교육종단연구 2013 2차년도 데이터를 사용하여 초등학생의 학업탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 성별, 지역 규모, 학교 규모에 따른 학업탄력성 학생들의 비율을 살펴보고, 학업탄력성에 영향을 미치는 변수가 무엇인지를 살펴보기 위해 HLM 7을 이용해 일반화위계선형모형으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 국어, 수학, 영어 모두 여학생비율이 남학생에 비해 높았고, 국어는 대도시가, 수학과 영어는 특별시 비율이 가장 높았다. 국어는 소규모 학교가, 수학과 영어는 일반 학교가 비율이 높았다. 학업탄력성에 영향을 미치는 변수를 살펴보면, 국어는 학생 수준에서 독서 향유 정도, 수업이해도, 여가활동(학원/과외), 행동조절전략(노력조절), 부모의 자녀 기대학력이었고, 학교 수준에서는 없었다. 수학은 학생 수준에서 성별(여학생), 자기효능감(수학), 수업이해도(수학), 여가활동(학원/과외), 행동조절전략(노력조절), 부모의 자녀 기대학력이었고, 학교 수준에서는 지역규모(특별시)와 교사의 학생특성 파악 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 영어는 학생 수준에서는 성별(여학생), 자기효능감(영어), 수업이해도(영어), 여가활동(학원/과외), 행동조절전략(노력조절), 부모의 자녀 기대학력이었고, 학교 수준에서는 특별시가 대도시, 읍면지역에 비해 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect the academic resilience of elementary school students using the second year of the 2013 Korean Education Longitudinal Study. For this purpose, we examined the proportion of students with academic resilience according to gender, regional size, and school size, and analyzed the generalized hierarchical linear model using HLM 7 to see what variables influence academic resilience. As a result, the ratio of female students in Korean, math, and English was higher than that of boys. In the Korean language, the proportion of small schools was high, and a high ratio of math and English in general schools. In terms of variables affecting academic resilience, Korean language was the highest level of reading enjoyment, class comprehension, leisure activity (academy/tutoring), behavior control strategy (effort control), parental expectation education level, and not at school level . In mathematics, students gender (female), self-efficacy (mathematics), class comprehension (mathematics), leisure activities (academy/tutoring), behavior control strategy (Scale) and teacher characteristics of students. In the case of English, the level of education was the gender (female student), self-efficacy (English), class understanding (English), leisure activities (academy/tutoring), behavior control strategy were statistically significant in comparison with the metropolitan area and the municipal area.
