가정과교사의 창의·인성교육 교수역량 요소 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 가정과교사의 창의·인성교육 교수역량을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하기에 앞서 창의·인성교육 교수역량 척도 구성요소를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 2014년 1월부터 2015년 6월까지 문헌고찰 및 전문가협의회를 통해 가정과교육에서의 창의·인성교육의 내용 요소와 창의·인성교육을 위해 가정과교사가 갖추어야할 교수역량 관련 요소를 탐색하였다. 교수역량 관련요소를 범주화 하여 준거를 설정하여 이에 대한 개념을 구체화 한 후 델파이조사를 통해 타당성 검증을 실시하였다. 델파이 분석은 SPSS를 통해 실시하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과교육의 창의·인성교육 내용요소로 문제해결력, 흥미,배려, 책임의 4가지 요소가 도출되었다. 둘째, 창의·인성교육을 위해 가정과교사가 갖추어야 할 교수역량 요소로 교육과정 및 교과내용에 대한 이해, 공감과 소통, 실천수행 능력, 자기관리와 계발 역량이 도출되었다. 셋째, 탐색된 교수역량을 재분류하여 설계역량, 소통역량, 자기관리역량으로 준거를 설정하였고, 각 준거에 따라 개념적 정의를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 설정된 준거에 대하여 델파이분석을 통해 타당성을 검증하였다. 그리고 각 준거에 따른 개념적 정의는 전문가 패널의 의견을 반영하여 수정·보완한 후, 최종적으로 창의·인성교육을 위한 가정과교사의 교수역량에 대한 준거 및 정의를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 미래의 인재상인 창의성과 인성을 갖춘 학습자 양성을 위해서 가정과교사에게 요구되는 교수역량을 탐색함으로 향후 학교현장에서 효과적인 창의·인성교육 환경을 구축하고, 가정과교사 연수 및 예비가정과교사양성 교육에서의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 여겨진다.

영문 초록

The current study aims to investigate the items regarding creativity-personality education in home economics education, and to explore the teaching competency required of home economics teachers to carry out the creativity-personality education. Ultimately, this study attempts to categorize the detected items concerned with the teaching competency to draw the indicators measuring the teaching competency of home economics teachers for the creativity-personality education. For the purpose of this study, literature review and consultative meetings of specialists in home economics education were conducted. The validity of the categorized and conceptualized items of teaching competency was verified by Delphi method, using SPSS version 21.0. The primary findings are as follows. First, problem-solving ability, interest, consideration, responsibility were derived as the items in relation to the creativity-personality education in home economics education. Second, comprehension of curriculums and subject contents, empathy and communication, fulfillment capabilities, self-management and development competency were drawn as the teaching competency that home economics teachers must have for the creativity-personality education. Third, the four items of the teaching competency were reclassified into three indicators of design competency, communication competency, and self-management competency, and these three indicators were defined. Lastly, the three indicators of teaching competency were vindicated through the Delphi technique method and finally conceptualized after modification and supplementation, reflecting education experts’ feedback. Results from this study could be useful as a basic information for building an efficient creativity-personality education environments in school and for training home economics teachers and pre-teachers.
