노인의 문화역량 증진을 위한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 문화역량 증진을 위한 교육요구도를 인식의 차이(현재 수준과 중요 수준) 중심으로 분석하는 것이다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 선행연구에서 개발된 문화역량 조사 설문지를 활용하였고, 대전 지역 65세 이상 학습자 438명의 응답을 확보하여 교육요구도 분석 절차에 따라 t 검정, Borich 요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 전반적으로는 예술문화역량의 심미적 즐거움, 사회문화역량의 관계의 민감성에 대한 요구가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 다음은 직업, 자기 이해 역량이 나타났다. 이를 성별로 구분해본 결과 노인 남성과 여성 모두 전반적 결과와 동일하게 심미적 즐거움과 관계의 민감성 역량이 높게 나타났고, 추가적으로 노인 남성에게서 사회문제 책임의식 역량의 교육요구도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 노인 문화역량 증진에 대한 실증적 요구 분석 결과에 기초하여 교육 현장에서 적확한 교육프로그램 개발 및 제공이 필요함과 동시에 이와 같은 교육요구도 분석 방법의 현장 적용을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational needs for the enhancing cultural competence of the elderly based on the difference of recognition(current level and critical level). In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we used the cultural competence survey questionnaire developed in the previous research, and obtained responses of 438 learners over 65 years old in the Daejoen area and analyzed the t-test, Borich s needs analysis, The Locus for Focus analysis Respectively. As a result, overall, there was the highest educational needs for the aesthetic enjoyment of art culture competence and sensitivity of relationship between social and cultural competence. Next, career and self - understanding ability appeared. According to the results of analysis, both elderly males and females showed the same high level of sensual pleasure and relationship sensitivity as the overall results. In addition, the elderly males were found to have a higher educational need for social responsibility. Based on the results of empirical needs analysis for the enhancement of the elderly s cultural competence, it is necessary to develop and provide accurate educational programs in the field of education. In addition, we proposed the application of the educational needs analysis method used in this study.
