유치원 현장실습 경험을 통한 예비유아교사의 배움 탐구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유치원 현장실습 경험을 통한 예비유아교사의 배움이 어떠한지를 탐구하여 학기제 현장 실습의 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 방법 질적 연구방법으로 수행되었으며, 연구 참여자는 K대학교 유아교육과 3학년에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 24명이다. 연구 자료는 유치원 현장실습 기간 예비유아교사가 작성한 관찰 기록과 성찰지를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 질적으로 개방 코딩하여 분류 준거에 따라 주제어로 부호화하고 유사한 내용으로 범주화하였다. 결과 연구결과, 현장실습을 통한 경험은 첫째, 유아교육과정에 대한 이해로 누리과정과 연계한 통합교육의 경험, 놀이를 바라보는관점의 변화, 자신만의 관찰기록 방법을 터득하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습자에 대한 이해로 유아의 연령과 발달 특성, 유아놀이의 특성, 또래 간 협력과 배려의 특성을 이해하였다. 셋째, 교사의 역할에 대한 경험으로 유아중심 놀이를 위한 환경구성, 놀이 맥락을연계한 활동 계획, 유아와 상호작용하며 지원하는 교사의 역할을 깨달았다. 결론 예비유아교사를 위한 현장 연계 학기제 실습의 방안을 모색하고 협력 체제 구축에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore how pre-service early childhood teachers' learning through kindergarten field practice experiences is to prepare the basis for semester system practice. Methods This study was carried out using a qualitative research method, and the research participants were 24 pre-service early childhood teachers in the 3rd year of the Department of Early Childhood Education at K University. The research data were collected observation records and reflection papers written by pre-service early childhood teachers during the kindergarten field practice. Data analysis was qualitatively open-coded, coded as keywords according to classification criteria, and categorized into similar contents. Results As a result of the study, the experience through field practice was, first, an understanding of the early childhood curriculum, an experience of integrated education linked to the Nuri curriculum, a change in the perspective of looking at play, and learning how to record one's own observations. Second, the understanding of the learner understands the age and developmental characteristics of young children, the characteristics of children's play, and the characteristics of cooperation and consideration between peers. Third, as a teacher's role experience, I realized that the environment for child-centered play, activity planning linked to play context, and interactive support for young children. Conclusions The direction of field-linked semester practice for pre-service early childhood teachers was sought and the establishment of a cooperative system was discussed.
